The consultant by the name of Paulinah Lebakeng, is very rude and dictator customers. Doesn't even bother to listen to the customers but to say what she needs to say and even when you tell her method of validation I approve as a customer, she just wipe it aside and give what she want and the audacity to keep quiet in the middle of the call when telling her she has to ask me what method do I prefer to validate myself and apparently, she told me that she doesn't have to ask me for any authorisation. So bully she is, doesn't deserve to assist the customers.

She had a bad attitude, her tone is not of customer service as she can shout, bang the cashier xounter for attention so she could be heard. Even the manager seem to be scared of her as when I asked for her name, he had to write it down. She even threatened to deal with outside the store so pathetic. Though some of her colleagues advised her to keep quiet she would making those threats l, pointing fingers, shouting. Kindly hire people who want to work.

Calling Discovery for assistance is useless, you get the email for the approval of meds then boom the same meds is not covered, calling in the sameTamsyn as a senior to Nonhlanhla both useless and *********** to render except advise to call Monday to Friday because they don't and can't assist in chronic. So I must pay for the additional meds to cover till they return to work mind you I pay R4400 monthly for useless service. AB advised that if customer switches their salaries to their bank there are some rewards, but hey those rewards are nowhere to be found and one would call their customer service call center with nothing except escalating the matter even the rewards are sent and when redeeming still no codes.
