I cant stress enough how satisfied i am with the service these guys delivered to me, i wish i could give 10 stars. i recently had a very bad experience with another furniture company called Homzy, and i was VERY nervous getting the same sort of experience here. I told the Manager my story (Markin), who helped me , and he put me at ease and said they will get a driver here right now as soon as he is done with his last delivery (this was at just before 4pm and they close at 4pm) and they will load my furniture and drive straight to my house to make the delivery right there and then while im following them. I waited for about an hour, with some of the staff, Nomsa and Jin waiting with me, which is now way past their closing time, and the driver came, loaded the furniture, and delivered. The furniture was exactly the same as what i saw in the show room, and it was properly wrapped so no damages would occur. The driver and his helper were very efficient delivering, and this was literally all organized within an hour, same quality as what was in the show room that i saw, and amazing service over all from the lady at the showroom Jin, the manager Markin and the lady who assisted me in the showroom Nomsa, and the drivers. I cannot thank you guys enough. I would highly recommend doing business with Gorgeos Furniture. They are situated in Kyalami.
Do NOT buy from these people they are ****mers!!!!!!! They have this lovely showroom with nice furniture and workshop, but you pay them and then they just do not deliver. (I had a big order, a lounge suite, bed, 2 beside tables and 2 mirrors)Even though I went there multiple times, all they ever do is lie to you. I dealt with Malek, and he made promises that it will be delivered on the 1st April. Then he ghosted me and never responded to my calls or messages, on the 2nd I went there, and they apologize and give me a free coffee table saying it will all be delivered on Friday the 4th, and that there was an issue with the lounge suite hence the delay, but was never communicated. I call the shop multiple times, no answer. On the 4th , no delivery. In the morning Malek answered his whatsapp message saying he will check with the warehouse and get back to me after 30 minutes, nothing, the whole day didn't respond to messages or anything up till today still hasn't responded to my messages. My friend called him the next morning and he says yo him the delivery is on the truck and will be delivered by 2pm. Alas no delivery came. Today the 6th of April, I go to the store again and they say Malek isn't there. There was also another customer very unhappy as he hasn't received his couch after 2 months. We both insisted this be rectified right now , I wanted a refund and the other guy wanted to have his couch delivered today and drive behind the delivery truck to his house. Then they said the drivers do not work on a Sunday. Then we were furious about this answer also that they are not gonna refund my money today. Then they got another guy (Saib) from the shop next to Homzy , and said he will have this all sorted out, and agree it's unacceptable, and he will call in the driver right now to get the stuff delivered. Then he promises that delivery will take place TODAY, or he will personally refund me my money back if it's not there by 3pmband that tje goods are yhere and good to go. 3pm came and gone, and now he is also not responding to my whatsapp messages or phone calls. These people are ****mers and **** you out of your money by making you pay, but just don't deliver. They just lie and lie all the time with everything they say. Do NOT buy here you WILL get ****med and your money will get ******. I will be laying a theft charge as they keep on making promises they can't keep and telling lies, and not responding to you afterwards , and this is gonna now be a struggle to try get a refund. Currently I'm sitting with no furniture in my house due to these people
if i could give no stars i will. Do NOT buy from these people. They scammed me out of my blinds. Made me pay a 50% deposit, and never delivered, with every week a different story when i had to ask the whole time, until the sales man said "sorry i left the company" after i asked for a refund These people will take your money, and never deliver

Never in my life have i come across such incompetent bunch of people! They pull an eskom style, and slap you with a utility bill of thousands , then you have to prove its a mistake on their behalf , but, you still have to pay it, and THEN only will they do a recon, and give you credit, not your money back, so meaning you will now potentially sit in the red for the next few months to come until you have paid off what you now had to go and borrow. Every other month they find an excuse to up the levies, this is a total rip off! Not even to mention the poor service and not resolving issues. I would not even give this property managing company 1 star if i had the choice. i will NEVER buy or rent or have anything to do with a complex that has ANY involvement whatsoever with Whitfields. I now have literally putting my apartment on the market and selling it, due to these bunch of incompetent people that only causes you endless headaches and loss of money every month
<p>I, a year ago had a car accident, with a company truck. After contacting outsurance for repairs of my car, they referred me to a pannelbeater in Germiston. An assesment was done as to how much damage there was, and car was taken in and repaired to a condition which looked like my car was never in any accident. They also said that they would be now trying to recover all damages including my excess paid from the other party. Today i got a call back them saying that their lawyers have sucessfully after long fights with the other party (which also tried laying criminal charges against me, but failed), was able to recover all the costs. I have been a customer of outsurance for almost 10 years, and have never had any problems with them, always been able to negotiate good pricing, and when it came to me claiming, had extremely good service in claiming for an accident and including their road side assistance, when my car broke down twice on other occations, they continiously kept on following up if the towing company has arrived, (which he did in 15 minutes). I can for certain say that my experience with outsurance for the last 10 years, has been nothing but first class.</p>
