This has to be the most ridiculous delivery app Horrible service.
This has to be the worst courier service. They don't answer their phones,they don't deliver on time,so basically if your parcel reaches you at all,you're lucky
Nbc Holdings has to be the worst company ever, they don't answer their phones and if they do, you will wait forever for the transferred, and their claims administrators are very unprofessional. I got a call from them saying they have been looking for me for a couple of years because I'm a beneficiary to my late mom's funds unprovoked. They proceeded to send claim forms, i have not been able to submit them because of a Tax number which i don't know and the company she worked has been liquidated. You would assume that when an individual takes this cover they will fill in a form and a file will be created with all the relevant details like Tax number etc. Fast forward i decided to follow up on this and see if there's a way to claim without the tax number only for them to tell me that there are no funds. Why call me in the 1st place if there are no funds? also why appoint Tal Mkhondo to track me if there are no funds? i suspect when they called and asked for the impossible they wanted to ***** the funds. Ref number is:314877 and the administrator who just rep**** "no funds" without any explanation is Mmabatho Masha. I expect to be contacted with a detailed explanation since i can't get hold of you

I have upgraded my phone to a Samsung Z Flip 6 and a smart watch 7,and I have to say I'm disappointed. The watch doesn't count steps accordingly and I have to charge it everyday. I have used other smart watches from different brands and they last 2-3days. The phone itself is pretty amazing with good features,however the battery life is also not great and I don't use my phone that much. I've only had both devices for 5days, really disappointing

I ordered something on Sunday the 30th June 2024 via Woolies Dash order number:1440127486,and my order was delivered elsewhere so basically didn't receive my order, I immediately logged a complaint and I called on Monday to find out what happened. I spoke to a Bongi who promised to call back once she knows what happened to the order which she didn't, anyway someone rep**** to the complaint and said they will escalate and process a refund, no one called to follow up or tell me what actually transpired, short of it is I haven't received my refund 5 days later, and I had to call back to follow up,woolies Dash is a ****.
I just received the robot vacuum cleaner that took almost a month to be delivered, and that thing came dirty like it's been through the most, not only that the material is plastic so it makes hell of a noise ,it's as if it's a toy car making noise. Hyperli is a **** period.
I canceled my medical aid and have a premium refund owed to me by discovery. I have been following up since November 2023 and nothing has been done really. I have been sent from pillar to post, their consultants will put you on hold for 3-10mins only to come back to say "I will speak to finance to process this, please give 3 working days and will come back to you but the money should also reflect within that period" thos has been an exhausting exercise.
Telkom has to be the worst service provider. My contract ended in August,I then received a statement with a credit, since then no one has contacted me,when I called to enquire on when ill be credited I've been sent from pillar to post its been 2months no one has called instead if you don't follow up they will keep that money,I wonder how many people need to be credited by they aren't because no one will call you about the credit,**** company.
