I just had the best service ever provided by the insurance! Remon Maharaj had really put an effort and patience with my claim. I had technical issues on my side- somehow my photos of the chip in my window needed for the authorisation were not going through with my email and I was already at the glass repair provider hoping to repair the chip in the window. Remon calmed me down and helped me reslove my issues successfully and in a timely manner so that in the end I was able to repair it right there and then. What a great professional!
Their offer for the pet preventative medicine was already very cost friendly in comparison with the other shops. In addition, I got a discount on a repeated order. They delivered it to my home address within 5 working days and for free. And I also got a coupon for 15% discount on my next order. They bring back hope in SA business and service.
This is an update to my previous 'Placecol Kyalami Corner' review. After this subpar service I left a message about it on the main placecol website. The customer care lady replied to me the next they sincerely apologizing and informing me that they'll investigate. Few days later I got a call from the Kyalami branch asking me if I was willing to have another appointment with them. I wanted to give them another chance and it was worthy. When I went there for the appointment Vinolia showed me her expertise and skill. I'm happy I gave this brand and branch another chance. I look forward to booking another treatment, maybe a massage this time. As a result I am changing my review to 4 stars.
Since our march lockdown, I've been dreaming of the pedi/mani. Finnaly I made an appointment today for it. It was the worst ever,I still can't wrap my head around it. After an hour of manicure my cuticles still covered half of my nail,and after she put on and off 3 times the polish for french manicure (HC's request) she could not do it because their nail polishes were rubbish quality dry and clumpy,without the replacements. When I booked the appointment I specifically asked if they know and can perform medical pedicure(calluses and ingrown nails) and they said yes. After an hour of pedi,she didn't even cut my nails(I cut them last week) I was left with calluses and ingrown nails. She managed to file my big toes to much so the soft skin cracked,open and is bleeding a bit,but calluse right beneath the cracked skin she left. I mean, such a disappointment. I wasted my whole morning for this with 0 results and bleeding toe. The worst pedi/mani ever.
Dear Vodacom. I have not been able to get a clear reponse on the following qustion from any of your call center staff: Can I disable out-of-bundle data usage? On many too many occasions I have inadvertendly used up my prepaid airtime. I simply do NOT want to use regular airtime for data. Telkom does that by defualt. Can Vodacom not?
I recently purchased child's bedroom suite, that included 2 mattresses and a nightstand. They were very professional and were quick to fix an initial mistake that occurred when one of the mattress delivered was too large. They made sure that the wrong mattress was swapped and again delivered to me within a day. I was already expecting them to hide behind misunderstanding, blaming the customer for their mistake and charge me for changing the order, like I experience usually with most of the private and government businesses here in SA, but they acted professional and apologetic. Well done!
<p>I complained to The Crazy Store yesterday for selling us a product of particularly poor quality. They appologized imediately, said that they would also address the issue with their supplier and their regional manager hand-delivered a replacement product of great quality to our home just now.</p> <p>I am very impressed. <p>The attached receipt clearly states that blocked drains carry a 7 day warranty. Today, on day 6, the toilet drain is blocked again yet they refuse to come and fix it.</p> <p>Initially on grounds of today, so they claimed per SMS, being day 8 when in fact, as per the invoice date, it is not, then by claiming that the warranty is void since we agreed to pay less than what they initially asked for on site.</p> <p>Their prices are not transparent, the results poor and the service abysmal.</p>
