I bought a brand new Mahindra towards end December 2024. I've had endless problems since I bought the vehicle. I reported the problems the very same month. When you drive down a steep hill and you apply brakes, the car doesn't change into a lower gear. It remains on the high gear until you completely stop. They give the vehicle back each time telling me they do not experience the problem. January I took the car for a service at Mahindra Kempton Park. I received the car back very dirty with the same problem and was also told they don't experience the gear problem. On the 17th of February 2026, I drove the car to Pretoria CBD to start my new employment. Upon return I saw a warning ⚠️ light and I stopped at the garage. The car was overheating, the petrol attendant had to wait to avoid burning as he could not open the water gadget as it was extremely hot. I took the car to Mahindra The Glen, they asked to leave the car overnight so they can monitor. The next day the service consultant called me early in the morning to come collect the car as she did not experience any problems. I picked the car up, drove it to JHB Park Gautrain station, left the car there and took the train to Pretoria because I did not trust driving it so far because I was not convinced the problem is not resolved as the Service rep lives 5 to 10 minutes from work. On my way back home the afternoon, another ⚠️ came on complaining about the brakes. I took the car back again. Earlier this evening I received a call from Cindi advising me that the brakepads are worn out, I need to replace it at a cost of R4500. I refuse to pay that money. The car is brand new for brakepads to be worn out. I've had endless problems from the gear, to the car losing time, to everything switching off on the dashboard screen. To a screeching deafening sound coming from the speakers, to the car completely switching of at a robot or stop street but they keep on telling my there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. What do I do with a damaged 1 year old brand new vehicle

I bought a house through FNB Homeloans in the year 2022. The bond was approved and I moved into the property on 29 April 2022. Upon moving in I've have experience endless challenges, submitting claims where all it of it was rejected. After I moved in the neighbor advised me that the parameter wall was about to fall over because of the trees pushing against the wall. It was about 11 huge trees pushing against the wall. The challenge that I am facing is that this house was not bought voetstoots. That damaged wall is very visible to the naked eye and I am surprised that I was not warned by the bank that this is the condition of the parameter walls and I will have to fix it ASAP. The front wall on the property is also badly damaged with a crack right across and next best when it falls over it will be due to maintenance. Every claim I have ever submitted to FNB was rejected due to maintenance except my gate motor. So if I live in a house for only 3 years, why are my claims rejected due to maintenance and on such huge items or damages caused by weather conditions, am I liable for all those damages. The damages I have to repair is so costly I can hardly breath. I reached out to the CEO of FNB Insure @Lee Bromfield and he advised that he will have the matter looked into by the COO. Today, I received 2 calls both on confirmations of rejections of the claims The worst part of it is, I received 2 sms' from FNB Insurance on the 25th of April after the assessment was done stating. "We have appointed a service provider on your claim" time 13:07 and 13:08". 5 days later I receive a call that the claim was rejected. How to you appoint a service provider and than reject the claim 5 days later? Did they realize the extent of the damage and how costly it will be and decided to reject the claim 5 days later after appointing a service provider?
I have send numerous emails to Supersonic requesting my refund for the monthly deduction they made for services never rendered. I ordered a fibre line from this service provider, however installation was never done. I waited 2 months with constant emails to this service provider to no avail and I opted to cancel. July 2024 after I cancelled with them in April, they decided to deduct a monthly premium. To date, after numerous emails, they still have not refunded me. This is the type of Service they provide
During the past month and a half I have cancelled with 2 ISP's due to the delay of Vumatel installation. Most ISP will lose clients because of your bad service delivery. 1st ISP I app**** for Vibre installation on the 19th of March 2024. To date, installation has not been done by Vumatel. 2nd ISP, order submitted 18 April, to date no installation
I app**** for a fibre installation on the 19th of March 2024. Vumatel installation was never done, hence the network was never connected. I have 5 open tickets at Supersonic. I never received a call. I have been sending whatsapp messages. I called but held on for 30 minutes and dropped. Supersonic decided to send me an invoice on 23 April 2024 at 08:26pm.
I have been with the Service Provider since December 2023, only 3 months and never had any decent internet connection. The fibre line drops literally every 2 to 3 minutes and takes a while to come back on. I work from home most of the week and when I say most, I only have to go to the office on a Wednesday. This then means when I work from home I have to have mobile data or another source of connection to be able to work. I decided not to pay them on the 1st of March because I have been paying for no service. Today 7 March the decided to suspend my service due to non payment. It ONLY took them 7 days to realize they haven't been paid, but 3 months of no resolution to my connection issues. The worst I have experienced in my life
The worst Mobile Network I have ever dealt with. I've been using CellC had MTN for years and left them for the unprfessionalism

I cannot even give this service provider 1 star. I have been using Webafrica for less then 1 month. They canceled my fibre without my knowledge, deducted money from my bank account and I cannot get hold of an agent as their whatsapp bot does not even help. 2 weeks without fibre but they received payment. I am furious
