Very very upset with Vodacom!!! On the 16th Feb I settled handset which cost a pretty penny as well as penalties. I have now gotten a message to say they are charging me the exact same amount as what I paid before settling my device!!VERY VERY P...... OFF, phoned Vodacom they said that the end of the months installment still has to go off!, BS. I paid the penalty and the handset, why the hell are they still billling me normal amount???
Bought Robbie Williams tickets in January, they moved venues, so we will get refunded and need to buy new tickets, they told us on the 9/10 that it will taken 10 business days for our refunds to reflect, I called the bank, there is no refund pending!! We had first option to buy presale tickets today, but there is no refund!!

I purchased something last week and paid for the same day service only to get it a day later. I lodged a complaint and it was dismissed!!!! Then you want to know why people are using other platforms like Temu!!! Not happy
A courier tried to deliver my parcel last week, I was at the doctor, I could not take his call as he was by my house to deliver package. I tried calling back multiple times he did not bother answering. I got a message the next day to say they will deliver on the Monday, still have not heard a word from them
To give Vodacom 1 star at this stage is seriously too much. I changed banks, the debit order went off my old account, gave them my new banking details. However I had to do a eft for the current balance owing. I called their customer service as I tried to add them as a beneficiary on my banking app but would not take my Vodacom account number. To the advi*****t of one of the consultants they said I must pay Vodapay, which I did plus penalties. This was on the 4th, I called them the next day to hear if the payment had come through, no nothing, I called the next day, still nothing (after spending 3+ hours on the phone with them) called them every day, sent countless proof of payments to 2 different email addresses, no they will sort it out!! IT HAS NOT BEEN SORTED OUT. They are still saying I am in arrears! On my Vodapay app the money is there, and you can see its there!! Now today they are saying that I am outstanding this amount of *** I am sorry they do not know what the hell they are doing at Vodacom. WAKE UP VODACOM!!!
I took my car in on the 10th of June at the Strydom Park branch. They told me my car would be done by the 17th June. I was given call on the 15th June to tell me they have ordered a part and will get my car back on the 19th June. Then got an sms to say sorry my car will only be ready on the 25th June as there was a delay in getting parts. I get a call today that my parts have arrived and and I MIGHT get my car on the 25th! THIS IS INEXCUSABLE!!! They cannot provide you with a courtesy car. I am paying to get to work everyday and is costing me a fortune which I told them. They also gave me some excuse as to why they cant order the part while I can still drive my car, no it had to be taken in!! I am extremely unhappy with their service so far. King Price please find another panel beater
1 Star might even be too good for Vodacom. 2 Months ago Vodacom over debited my account, they charged me for a whole handset!! Bank reversed the payment and I phoned Vodacom to please take money off my account which they never did... needless to say i was in arrears for about 2 months. It has now been settled... I wanted to open up a Sim only contract, it was declined because now they see my as a bad payer. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VODACOM
Took my car for a service with these people. R1800 to service. I thought they did a great job, ha was I wrong. 4 Days later, on my way to work,, my car broke down after I saw that there was NO anti freeze in my car, which they swore they put in. Had to tow it back to them.. They claimed a sensor "broke off". They also said because of this they had to replace my clutch... funny there was nothing wrong with clutch. However after that they still could not start my car. Only to be told later they admitted to not putting a fuel filter when they did service AND claimed the spark plugs were faulty. They never replaced spark plugs either, you could see they were old. Then still trying to find out why car is not going, they eventually said its going but its misfiring!! They called me to say they found things in my fuel tank thats why its not going. They said they must replace fuel tank. Then I asked someone who knows about cars said they dont have to replace they can just pump it clean. When I said to a Melanie who I was dealing with it can be cleaned she said oh yes thats what we were going to do. NO you said you have to replace the fuel tank. NOW after R7500 later, where my car just went in for a normal service this is what I am getting! I eventually said I am not paying a single cent more to these people, had to have it towed to another mechanic.. MY CAR IS STILL NOT GOING. R7500 FOR NOTHING AND HAVING ADMITTED THEY DID NOT DO EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO EITHER. ALL THAT MONEY SPENT FOR NOTHING!!! 1 STAR IS TOO GOOD FOR THESE PEOPLE
I am furious with Vodacom!! A month ago they deducted R10.000 off my account charging me for a handset which is actually on contract. A gentleman helped me and all was sorted. Because of this Im now in arrears,. Settled some of the arrears this month now they are claiming I only paid what I owed them for the month. No way is the monthly amount that much. Vodacom does not know what they are doing. Can someone that actually knows what is going on please assist
