Certain sections from the claims department is the worst ever they ignore emails you spend all your airtime phoning after them they just dont care nobody phones back nothing and they make you out to be a ****
This is the second time i have paint mixed ad mitchells plain branch and its never the colour i give them code in book and the manager lenox never seem to think that they are wrong the 1st time i let it go now i buy paint again then its again wrong what **** is this must i be a looser everytime when i buy paint at brights
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE I have been trying to complete my online purchase for over 30 days, my account is setup correctly, I am within my limit and after taking a selfie to verify then the system tells me OOOps we were unable to verify, I cannot get through to the call centre a recording says they have high call volumes every day. Then eventually a consultant by the name of kutlwano is not assisting ne telling me i must go make myself a new id imagine nothing wrong with my id but i need to change feom green id to card just to verify myself i asked for a manager to contact me and still nothing i know people with green id that us quite fine but im being forced to get a new id to can use payflex the consultant is saying there is no other way to verify me i go to the bank i use that id i go to other accounts i use that id i even used it with pay just now so what **** is this they can keep there payflex an stick it where the sun dont shine
I am fed up with safeway products I buy something in a few months time it's broken then I juts get normal money back were is my time my money my petrol all.that other things that comes with it I have to return the salon brush for the 3rd time I am so sick of this I should be heavily compensated all this **** I go through even sitting witg hair done half way no **** man

I would like to bring to your attention Mr price westgate mall Mitchell's plain has the worst service they never answer there phones they take long to book in there online orders my order was suppose to be there 15th April but due that store closing when it is loadshedding order could not be delivered I spoke to a shireen on the 19th saying I phoned customer service and my order came in the 19th she had this attitude I will just wait till when they book it in I explained this is my kids eid clothes I still need ro fit it etc it is now the 20th April at 10.52 still no sms to say it's scanned in then there is loadshedding again at 14.00 then they close again I think service is pathetic million staff nobody can answer the phone an nobody can scan in the online orders
So this is my issue absa insurance is the worst ever to deal with whenever it comes to claiming there is a issue but there is no issue in taking your money for premiums I am sitting with a burst geyser since 24/11/2022 up until now today the 29/11/2022 its not a urgent for anybody I will be taking this matter to ombudsman aswell I must phone around and waste .y airtime back and forth back and forth but I am the client your service is PATHETIC ABSA I need to change my insurance
