This is a compaint against Hertz Car Rental Gaberone airpot . I have retuned my vechile on the 17 th April and was told there is a valet fee as there were trace of smoke in the car. I agreed and a month later they are still holding my depost .This is the second time this branch did it to me . I have had commucations with Mr Tjezuva in Gaberone . I was told this will be sorted out in 3 days Yesterday the 18 th FNB informs me that the money was bank and not relased . Please can someone with authority investigate thsi matter My refernece is 85033801
I lodge a complaint on hello Peter I was contacted by Escom I which inwas assured that my refund will be paid within 3days. I still not recieved this payment. My reference from Eskom is 1092122479
I have cancelled my Escom service in October. I’m still awaiting my refund and no one person at Escom can be contracted as my Account apparently Don’t exist please can any one at eskom reply and assist acc number 8501713438
i bought some food from MD kempton park ,only have the order were given - i called the munber and the manger reported she will get back to that didnt no happen i phoned 5 times and each time the phone were just disconneted .Ultimately i drove back to the outlet and spoke to the Managaress.unfortunatly she is a **** and told me she tried to phone me back i never recieveda call back from here - It took a trip of approx 10 km to finally collect the Jalepeno burger that wasnt supp**** . This branch is useless and incompotent and i ask that you take noticed . Normally the fries are cold and a genral waitng time is approx 15 minutes - applauling

I had ***** committed on my account the first was an ******* upgrade the second an ******* new line.This happened in July 2023 after many calls i had to open a ***** case which were done around 21 Nov 2023 .Each time i cal the ***** dept tells me it is being escalated .It is almost 2 months now no reply from MTN Today i called and waited 45 ,im after which my call was lost i called a second time and again after 30 min of waiting the call were cut once again. IS there some body or anyone at MTN that can at least contact me and tell me the problem as I being billed for R 24000 which affect my credit rating badly all this and
I had an ******* contract upgrade as well as a new ******** contract by MTN . I have reported and returned the good in Jul 2023 and are still awaiting MTN to close this case REF 1/37905824508 This is appalling each time i call ***** they tell me that it should have been resolved and it just never happens if you can find the time please contact me as this is realy rediculois .The last time i called was around 12 Dec then they said it would take 12 days to resolved when i phoned today it is still pending why is that ???.The fraid manger was supposed to call me and 1 hour later im stil awaitng his/her call wow
There were a ***** case on my account for both a new and upgrade on one of my numbers I have written to both MYN and Mondo since July 2023 it shows a negative amount of around approx 28000 ZAR outstanding and this affect my credit score maybe MTN Can resolve this matter urgently as the next step will have to be to report them
I had to cancle a tracker unit after i sold my vechicle ,i then called 011 234 6005 the intial call was awnsered by a lady but due to bad line i had to call back. I young lady of which i dont remeber the name did assit me .She was friendly ,helpfull and very chatty all i know she stayed in Kempton Park and now in Randburg and she is 26 years old . Ijust want to thank her personally for being so proffesional and helpful Thank you
