Worst customer experience ever, order a soccer boot online and it looks as if it's been used, they refuse to take it back. I also ordered a t shirt online that I needed to pick up at totalsports Phoenix only yo find that they don't have it. The sales person cashier manager were rude and didn't assist at all. Worst place to shop at
I have an account with Homechoice for a few years now. On the 8th June 2023 I placed an order for a campcot and a Nuk bottle set, as I was due to have my baby on the 10 July. Ever since then ive been going back and forth trying to find out when my order will be shipped, only to find out that the order was canceled as my shipping address had changed. I spoke to a few people and all gave different answers. Eventually on the 19th someone placed the order for again and said that I could pick from Clicks Gateway only to be called back a little later to say it cant be done. By then I was stressed because I never made other plans for a cot or bottles as I knew I had this option. I was told that I should go to policestation and get an affidavit to say ive moved in with my sister, my sister had to write a letter and also send her utilities bill as proof of address. On the 20th I went for my gynea appointment and was told that my BP is high and that ill need to have C section however been sick I still went to policestation before I can book myself into hospital because I needed the stuff more urgently. I sent all documents to them like I was asked to and up until now I have not received any feedback. I had a terrible delivery, my baby was born on the 21st via emergency c section. Homechoice has put me under so much of stress. I sent numerous emails asking if ill be getting my stuff so I know if I can get it elsewhere. After asking me to go to policestation at 9 months pregnant I get a call now to say its not good enough. This is worst company to do business with. They dont respond to emails. They call me everyday to offer me things I dont need, send me text messages the entire day about their specials but when it comes down to really helping your customer they cant do it. Ive never received such terrible service anywhere before. They didn't care that I was pregnant and almost due. I have a good standing account with them. They never had a problem delivering to a third party address before now suddenly its an issue.
Greetings, as a loyal customer of MTN network i feel robbed. I have been with MTN from 2008 up until now. My monthly bill is an estimate of R1100 but i am continually being debited over R1000 extra every month. Numerous contacts have been made to mtn with not one response from 4 case numbers. I will be pursuing a legal case since MTN continues to be thieves
I am not happy with the fact that I am currently on the Bonsave option, the savings we get is already so low and to see a dermatologist I need to go to a GP for a referral letter first. I explained to the agent I spoke to that the GP takes R350 out of the savings just for a referral letter, then the dermatologist will obviously have to take their fees out of the savings as well. the agent told me this is the process, why does the GP get paid R350 just for a letter. i know for a fact that the GP cannot help with my issues because he has tried in the past and has failed, why should i now go back to him for a referral letter. Currently i have just around R1000 left in my savings. I understand that some people go to the specialist for simple things however my problem is not something simple, I have been ill for some time with auto immune diseases so I know the process very well. whats the point in medical aid when I now have to pay cash to the dermatogist? Very upset. forced to stay with Bonitas becuase the company is funding part of it.
<p>On the 27/06/2017, I purchased a VW Polo from Umgeni Autohaus. Vernon the salesman initially told me the car R65000 however when i got there Fazil said the car was in immaculate condition, FSH, nothing to do on the car and he wants R70000 nothing less. so with much persuasion, i bought the car for R70k. Firstly as I drove the car I felt that the clutch was very high. That same evening the headlights wouldn't come on. I contacted Vernon and he said i should bring the car to him the next morning and he will sort it out. On my break i drove to town, Vernon was not there, Fazil said to go the his mechanic in Phoenix and he will sort out the car. I took the car for a multi point check 3 days later as I was skeptical and it was my sons birthday and were driving long distance and im a single and was scared what if something happens. the testing center confirmed that the shocks were bad, the clutch was bad, the headlights was an electrical fault. I have been calling Fazil and texting him, he said he will get back to me but hasn't. I have now reported him to Ombudsman and awaiting feedback. I just spent R6300 to do a major service as the car was last serviced with VW at 45000km and the car is now doing 145000kms. I had to do the shocks and wheel bearings. I dont have the money for clutch and CV joints or to sort out the headlights. Fazil has ripped me off because I am a woman.</p>
So I bought about 7 baby outfits online, I was sent an sms on the 01/08/2017 to say 1 item was out of stock and i will be refunded. I haven't seen my refund as yet. i have tried to open an account with your group and was declined, i cant understand why when Truworths gave me an account with no hassles. Terrible service. You don't even deserve the 1 star that i have given you.
<p>I have a loan with FNB. I decided to ask them today if I want to free of that loan what is my settlement amount. The operator said R66974.27. My balance currently is R65616.00. I want to buy a car on finance so thought I'd free of the loan however the settlement is higher than what I actually owe. I've had loans before with other banks and whenever I needed to settle earlier I was always given a much lower amout that what I actually owed. I think this is ridiculous. Firstly this loan I took for R70 000 is over five years. Im asking if I pay it back in less than a year, how can my settlement still be more than what I owe. May 2017 will be year I took the loan out. Clearly FNB is ripping us off.</p>
<p>I took out a motor insurance with Miway on the 15/08/2016, upon taking out the cover Trevor Moghale the sales person advised that I needed to install an alarm system, immobiliser and anti hijack and referred me to Sound Lab in Umhlanga which is an inspection centre for Miway. He said it twice on the call that if I wanted to be covered for theft and hijacking I would need to have these installed in my car or else I wont have cover if my car is stolen. On Saturday the 20/08/2016, I went to Sound Lab Umhlanga, I told them that Miway had referred me to them and I wanted to fit the alarm with immobiliser and anti hijack, I questioned him around the anti hijack as my sister works for tracker and when she was checking around for prices to have the alarm installed, she was told that the anti hijack wont work on my car as I have a transponder key however I was assured by Sound lab employees that it will work fine. I spent 5 hours at Sound Lab only to get to Phoenix and my car wouldn’t move, it will just start and cut off due to anti hijack, I waited an hour in the rain at the Phoenix plaza for the guy to come disconnect the anti hijack, went back to Sound Lab on Sunday only for them to try an hour and then tell me I don’t need anti hijack because I have a transponder which I initially told them. So the anti hijack was removed but he said the alarm and immobiliser would be fine, he did the inspection and gave me the form and said to fax to Miway and he will also fax a copy as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Wednesday 24/08/2016 I called up Miway to update my policy now that I have installed the alarm and immobiliser only to be told that I am still not covered for theft because I don’t have the anti hijack, so I explained what happened with the car, I was put on hold while the agent spoke to her line manager and she came back on the line insisting that I install anti hijack. I said that I didn’t want to speak to sales manager, I wanted to talk to someone from the security department, she got me someone who said that he will look into it and check the model and make of my car and give me a call back. I got a call back saying that my car doesn’t need an alarm or immobiliser or anti hijack all it needs is a tracking device which will bypass all the other security and I will be covered. He then advised that I should take the car back to sound lab and have them remove the alarm and they would sort out the labour charges to remove it, forgetting the fact that I paid R1300 to install which I’m not getting back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked that the matter be investigated, I got a call back later that day to say that the call was going to be listened to, as to why the sales person insisted that I spend this money on something I didn’t need, the lady was very understanding and said she would call me in 24 hours. Its been 144 hours and I stall haven’t had a call back. They sent me the call recording via email from faith Mothwa proving that the agent had advised that it was mandatory for me to install the alarm and immobiliser and anti hijack but no one has called me back to resolve the matter. She promised me on email that she would get back to me once she got feedback but she hasnt despite the numerous emails i have sent her and the phone calls that i have made.</p> <p> </p> <p>Miway had taken a premium from me on the 17/08/2016 and they have already taken September payment which is only due on the 1/09/2016 but they have taken it on the 27/08/2016 but they haven’t called to set up an appointment for me to install the tracker which means my car is still not covered for theft. I’m am disgusted at this kind of service. Just imagine how many people like myself are paying to install unnecessary alarms systems in their vehicles just because they have a deal with Sound Lab so they refer all their clients there.</p>
