have been using Sunlight Washing Powder for many years without any issues. However, recently I have noticed that my baby’s clothes are losing colour after washing. A brand-new jumpsuit that I purchased faded significantly after just one wash, almost as if it had been bleached. I am concerned that there may have been a change in the product formulation. As a long-time customer, I am very disappointed and would appreciate your feedback on this matter.
My husband had a contract with Vodacom which was cancelled earlier. In May 2025, he settled the full outstanding balance, including the early cancellation fee, and he also signed the premature cancellation quotation. We were therefore surprised to receive calls from Vodacom claiming that he still owes an amount of R800. We are not aware of what this amount is for, as the contract was cancelled and paid in full.
I was involved in an accident and filed a claim. I received notification that my vehicle has been written off by the insurance company. Then I received the loss agreement with the settlement amount, and to my astonishment, R6500.00 was deducted for old damages. There was a minor dent comparable to a quarter of a finger, and the insurance inspected my vehicle and found that damage prior to joining the insurance. According to my understanding, the premium was charged based on the state of my car; why am I being charged for this damage now? I am told i should contact the assessor, how is the assessor going to help me, beacuse he was not there when i first took the insurance with PSG. This is daylight *******
I got a monthly data allowance of 20GB. On Sunday, May 5, 2024, at 11:56, I had 19.94GB, then to my surprise, at 18:42, I received a notification stating that I was left with 7.90GB. I'm concerned since, between both times, I only spent a few minutes on my phone because i was travelling. On May 7, 2024, around 11:00 a.m., I received a notice stating that I had run out of data. I don't understand how it was reduced; 20GB lasted me two days, which is impossible. I contacted Vodacom, but I am not receiving any assistance. 20GB used to last me a month, but this time it was just a few days. I am not satisfied with Vodacom.
I app**** for de-registration on the system, and my problem has yet to be handled. I'm worried they'll complete my de-registration late and then demand me to pay the entire tuition fees. I have seen most people complaining about the same issue here on Hellopeter
PSG Insure is a ****. My husband was involved in an accident, and the vehicle was written off. They emailed me to say they had deleted the written-off vehicle. I was under the notion that my policy had not changed and that only the written off vehicle was deleted. My initial policy's access amount was 5% of the quotation. Only recently, while I was claiming, I was told that my access is R4000, R5000 if I do not have a code 8 driver's license, and R2000 if the accident occurs between 00:00 and 05:00. The R5000 for a code 8 driver's license was implemented when they discovered that my spouse and I are code 10. I'm additionally concerned about the timing because my hubby also works night shifts.
I paid using my bank card at shoprite,they swipped the first time it ddnt went through because of network the second time it went through.now when i check my statement two amounts went out for the same transaction,one reflecting as outstanding.i am asking standrd bank to assist reversing the amount i am told they cannot reverse it the merchant needs to call standard bank and i went to shoprite they can only see one transaction that went through. I dnt understand why standard bank is doing this because they can see that it was deducted twice for the same transaction. I am soo disappointed in standard bank
I went to shoprite south view soshanguve to buy groceries, i was using my bank card to pay.we swiped the first time it did not went through because of network,second time again it did not went through.we tried the third time it was approved.now when i check my bank statement they debited the same amount twice.i am soo disappointed with their service
I went to BP Garage in Benoni using the company car, i asked for full tank which i know is 45 Litres. The petrol attendant decided to also do air lock of which i did not ask for because i know the company petrol card only pays a maximum of 45 litres. i ended up paying for the extra amount of R135 from my own pocket which is not fair.How does one put air lock without my approval. i am so disappointed with their service
I withdrew money at lakeside standard bank and i got technical error message but to my suprise i got a notification on my phone saying R5000 was withdrawn.its really frustrating bcz when u go to the branch they will tell you they are still investigating,for how long are they going to investigate.the worst part is that this is not the first time happening to me and its high time i move to other better banks.
