Policy schedule amount more than what was agreed telephonically
I took car insurance with them, when policy documents came the price was not what we agreed upon. I then asked them to cancel the insurance but to my suprise they still tried to debit my account.

Order Not delivered but marked delivered
My order for Saturday has been ****** by the driver, he marked the order delivered without delivering it and now I am told they can't trace the driver and they don't know who the driver was.

Incorrect statement
You need to tell them every month to allocate payment, they block you because they are no allocating payments and my statement is always incorrect. I should have even given 0 star because they are just **** service.

PSAAA AND SAIGA ARE VERY ***********
I registered PSA with PSAAA/SAIGA which i was supposed to write exams in November 2023, the exam was postponed to 24 March 2024 with the promise that the result will be released in 19 April 2024, to date the results are not yet released. R52k down the drain.

Very Poor service for collection of certificates
This institution is useless when you want to collect your certificate you had studied hard for. They don't respond to their email and turn you away when you arrive at their venue. Seems like they no longer care once you are done with your qualification because the only thing they care about is your money.
