For such a huge and successful company I expected efficiency in dealing with support matters, especially when flagged urgent, all Rain is good for taking peoples money without any assistance when a customer needs help. I am highly disappointed at your service, the lack of communication is just very disappointing and degrades your company. For two whole weeks I have waited to feedback from "support" yet my wifi remains on check account even after I made a payment. What kind of circus are you running? #39209564 my case number which was supposedly flagged as urgent has never even been touched.
I am highly disappointed in Pick n Pay Supermarket in Hatfield standard plaza,i bought the mc cain french stir fry, which was labelled 14.99 however to my surprise when i got home when checking the slip...it was tilled for 16.99, main problem again is that the stir fry is stale and smells horrible which ruined my entire dinner! On the product it shows best before March 2024🤢🤮
I visited McDonald's in Hatfield this morning,ordered a small nazo meal with a medium orange juice ..to my surprise when I had ro go collect my order,the cashier told me they ran out of orange juice,so I asked as to why the machine did not notify me while ordering and he replied well also were not aware that it's out of stock, we only found out now as we got in'...now what irritates me the most is that how can you not not know if you ran out of things while dealing with that same product on a daily basis....first they served us chips without spice and now they ran out of orange juice without knowledge????? I'm not happy
I ordered online with a collection option seeing as I'm near the shop in Hatfield...I had to wait 20min or more for my orders,on top of that we didn't get sauces,the burgers were not in boxes even though the two were large meals and no serviettes for that matter. I'm highly disappointed in their service.
Useless service,cable thefts,no solution...that place should be closed or rather inspected by higher officials because wow. I work so hard for my money and now I have to fight to get it when it's rightfully mine. Soshanguve labour department
I recently applied for a loan using their whatsapp number,where they asked that I submit my documents which I did and they said I qualified for a loan of 1000/3000 as a new client,then they asked that I visit the branch in eastlynn pretoria for the loan proceeding...only to find that when I got there they were unable to assist as I'm using two bank cards and getting my salary in my son's account,so my question why bother saying I should submit documents on whatsapp knowing very well that they won't overlook them and say I qualify for a loan of which also when I got to the branch the amount dropped from 1000/3000 to R 700.00 I would recommend that all your consultants go for thorough training for attention to detail specially in this kind of business and also up their service as they are there ro work not chit chat with each other as if they are at a social event!
I recently had an encounter with capitec, where I was scammed money, went to capitec looking for help and they asked that I go open a case of fraud by the SAPS which I did.. They told me it would take about two weeks for them to get back to me. Now I wake up to an email stating they cannot help me as the funds have been utelized! Point number one, what was the point of ya'll asking that I open a case when your ****** useless in handling the matter? The time taken for the investigation was obviously too long for the person to relax and spend my money. This now makes you guys look as though you are working with crooks as you are the number one which has got hackers that you yourselves cannot explain to your clients. The purpose of me opening a case was so that you can help me trace the person responsible and do a background check on the person.. But hey ya'll put money first before your actual clients.
I still say that I am extremely disappointed in your services,you guys were so quick to get back to me and saying you will help me which was great at the time,however now your promises fell to deaf ears...I see you only act fast when reported,I hope this is the last time I have to write a review about your company and non helpful assistance. You promised to rectify your past mistake and send me a new statement so I know how much exactly I'll be paying monthly which you never even bothered to do and now my account I suspended without my knowledge. You guys are all pathetic????
I recently took out a contract with Vodacom via their online services,with the incompetency of one of their consultants named Lelope D or whatever her name is and the false information or incomplete information sold to me. The contract sold to me is under false information and now my account is in arrears all because of the amounts i am not even aware off,i was told to call the customer care line which was also useless cause i keep getting the same response" we cannot help you". Vodacom is ****** useless as the people they employ,what is the point of having a customer care line if we wont be helped as their customers? i sent an email with my query and still no response and its been over a week already. I am very upset as i feel i was defrauded by Vodacom Online,Maybe it should just close down as an online courtesy as their consultants are not even selling the right products let alone giving out correct information,they just looking to fraud customers nje.
I ordered pizza using their app,then a lady with no telephone ettiquecy calls and asks for my house number not even greeting....I had to wait over an hour to get my pizza,which I eventually had to go collect myself after that hour..their service is very poor and I feel they do not practice customer care.
