If the option for zero stars had been available, I would have chosen that. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! The owner is a liar and unprofessional. He quotes you for NEW products to be installed and then makes use of second hand products to get the job done. On other items, he quotes you for a quality/expensive product, and installs a cheaper, sub-par version whilst charging you for the expensive product. The quality of the work he DOES manage to complete is absolutely atrocious. Not all of the work that was PAID for was done... Sadly however, by then it is too late... As he has run away with your money and doesn't respond to questions regarding incomplete work.
<p>I ordered a pizza from shop 2, FNB Centre, 2023 Hendrik Verwoed Drive. My order was placed at 13:01. It is now 14:44 and I have still not received my pizza. I have asked that they cancel my order and refund me. Reference number #907088</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told they were going to bring me money back to my office instead of doing an eft into my account. The pizza was R56.90. I gave the driver R3 tip. Which would be R59.90. They returned R57 to me (the cost of the pizza). Seemed they thought they deserved a tip for horrible service. Cannot believe it.</p>
<p>Had a delivery for my dads birthday. Not everything was delivered. Phoned them daily for 3 days now. Everyday they promise to deliver the rest of the stuff I PAID FOR. They insisted over the phone that the product was delivered and that my I am not telling them the truth. Really??? Worst service EVER! </p>
<p>I ordered a Christmas gift on 25 November. I received an incomplete product. They are not responding to my e-mails.</p>
<p>I asked the lady I spoke to on Saturday for FFW to phone me first thing Monday morning to explain to me what happend and why my call in was not attended to. It is 11:10 and NOBODY has phoned me, not even one of your suppliers to arrange a time to come to my house today. Why do I have to make use of Hello Peter to get a response?? Horrible service. </p>
<p>Never in my life have I experienced such bad service. I phoned this morning at 8am to tell insurance that my house was under water because of rain last night. I phoned FFW AGAIN at 1pm. They said they were sorry and that they could not help me today as everybody is closed now and that I must wait until Monday. Even suggested I google my own builder/plumber close to me and ask them to come have a look. What was the point of me phoning them at 8am this morning and paying insurance every month. Weather says it will rain again tonight. Thanks FFW for even more damage to my house after telling me that you consider this to be an emergency and that sonebody will def be at my house today. I work as an advocate and I live alone. Now I will have to cancel my clients for Monday. The bad service simply makes me sick. </p>
<p>Took my car for a service. Paid R9361 and they did not even wash my car on the inside. Nothing was even wiped clean on the inside. Very dissapointed!</p>
