The worst medical aid ever, they have susspened my medical aid and are refusing to re-instate me.
Worst bank I have dealt with, I cant even say I am using it cause I last used it in 2018 but now they are listing me and handing me over to their lawyers because apparently I owe them money or my account is overdrawn.... for an account I have clossed yesars back , they swear I never clossed it though, I have tried countless of time to contact them regarding this matter.
I placed an order on ythe 6th Decemeber 2024, then from the 1th when I tracked my parcel I saw the status saying the load was full, the pacel was not properly sealed and other comments I dont rememeber well as they have now removed my tracting details. Then 10days later they canned my order and returned only the money for the purchases and offered me a lousy 10% minimum R100 spend voucher for my delivery costs, I can barely use the voucher cause it says not applicable on sale items but my purchase whicg they cancelled was on sale items, I barely even buy non sale items from there. I am so over Bash, if they dont send wrong items they cancell your order for no reason, they are Trashy.
Do not waste your time and money on these people they will **** you daylight. So my car is due for 750000 services when I tried booking I was told they won't be covering it I need to pay cash as I have already done my 75K service but I only did 60K service in November 2023. When I called them I was put from one line to another line, with absolutely no help. then in another attempt I called them requesting my policy document and I was told it takes up to 24 hours to receive it. then when I wanted to extend the cover I was still told I need 4-months waiting period before Im covered so I would pay cash, what a waste don't even bother yourself the consultant don't even offer you any solution.
Im not a Rain subscriber but a friend asked me to make a payment on their behalf with my card then since then Rain has been debiting money on my account for what I don't know, now i can't even contact them cause it seems there stent any contacts available.
Worst customer service experienced ever my premium for car insurance were increased after a year, as expected no problem there so when i tried calling them regarding rhat I get pit on hold or my car just gets cut off or im jist told a retention specialist will get back to me, its been a week now waiting to cancel my insurance all of them because of their bad service and rude call center agents, i have spoken to probably 20 of them in just 3days. Never using Dial Direct ever again, cant imagine if i had a claim and they were playing hide and seek with my airtime and time like this.
DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. On 9March 2021 I made an order with order number #132723 then only received one of the items on 16 March 2021 and they sent an email to say the other item will be delivered separately due to packing. I then followed up the issues countless time through email from the 13th April, 21st April and 30th July adn I was told the colour I wanted wasn't available they are busy trying to source it and offered I take alternative colour my response was no since I've waited for long I could wait a little longer because no one offered me the option to take different a different colour when they realized they were out of stock. Then again on the 23rd August I sent an email requesting for my refund because clearly I won't receive my item worth +-R1500 now no one is responding to my emails.
Miway continues to be the best car insurance for myself, with quick and easy claim process. Had a car accident on the 5th of January 2021 and submitted my claim the next day. On the accident scene I called them and they were very helpful with even organizing with the tow truck guys, my car wasn't drivable as well making sure I received medical attention, they even offered to get me transport home but I was already sorted with that. Now because of the lockdown at first had a bumpy stumbling block which was fixed immediately with the person that was handling my claim. I submitted all that was required of me and kept on checking progress every second day and I finally received my payout on the 27th of January 2021 hustle free, since my car was written off. overall I am satisfied with the service at Miway and very happy to continue use their services. on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a solid 9 and recommend Miway for car insurance. Even in 2017 had a car accident my car was drivable, also had a quick and easy claim.
If I could give then a zero star I would, I had a car accident 2weeks ago and it was written off, I submitted all the documents which were required and was assigned to Joseph Atlarelang Nhlapho. Ever since I've been assigned to the abovementioned , his line never goes through and he has never attempted to contact me, everyday I call the call center to try and get an update on my claim, everyone I speak to keeps saying they will let Mr Nhlapho to get back to me but with fail. I am tired wasting my airtime daily trying to reach one individual. everyday I am told different stories, can I be assigned to a different representative who takes their job serious and cares about the client/customer.
<p>My insurance car premiums were too high, i opted to change insurence compaies. Miway helped and gave me an afforbale premium with the same policy cover.</p>
