I have a scratch-and-dent policy that covered my vehicle, and they selected Automagic Strijdom Park. This turned out to be the worst mistake I could have ever made, leaving my car there. The car is black, and now, after trying to fix 2 scratches the size of a grain of rice, the paint is dull and uneven on the side. The lack of feedback extends from the Head Office to the branches. Then Lightstone called for feedback, and when I told them my car wasn't done correctly, they followed up 2 days later to ask whether the branch had reached out to me. I told them no, and they then allowed the branch to appeal and granted it without checking if I im sorted. And now like true magicians, they have disappeared
I have received a DSTV Streama and was told I would get a 12-month Showmax voucher and movie tickets for the duration of the contract. To date, the movie tickets have not been received, and the Showmax voucher that was sent does not work. I have logged tickets, and for the last two weeks, none of these things have been working. The friendly staff at the call centre are unable to assist, and the back office team is sending me from pillar to post without a resolution. This service will be cancelled and the Streama returned. I have already spoken to a lawyer, and since the value-added services are part of the contract and I have not received the use of these services, it constitutes a breach of contract and renders the agreement null and void.
Worst insurance EVER, I had an accident on the 12th of Feb and instead of A&G making a traumatic experience less painful they have added to my stress. I had to constantly follow up. They booked a panel beater way out of my way after collecting my details. They then only approved repair to the front of the car, what about the back??? Then to add insult to injury they raise my premium through the roof because I have claimed
The driver called yesterday at 11:04 AM and said he was coming after his delivery in Frederick Road, however he didn’t come. He called me this morning at 09:29 AM to say he’s here with the parcel, but didn’t confirm where he is, he could not tell me why he didn’t come yesterday as he had said and said that he my parcel was received by him on Tuesday and couldn’t deliver because he had wrong directions – I asked him why didn’t he call as he did yesterday and this morning and again he was unable to tell me What type of service is this – why is there so much trouble with this parcel. The delivery is a router that I need for my business to function, but Courier guy couldn’t care less about this and how I’ve been affected for the last 3 days due to incompetence – who is going to compensate me for the loss I have suffered due to me having to buy a new router and purchase mobile Data for R529 because I was left without connectivity thanks to the courier guy
I had cancelled my contract with Vodacom at the Vodacom Fourways Store and paid the early cancellation fees in December 2022 and was advised that ti would still would be billed in December as the cancellation quotation doesn't include the months instalment since the grants had been allocated - to this I had no issue. However to my surprise I was billed in January 2023 for R1164.45 for the same cancelled contract. To add insult to injury - I looked at my credit report and saw the Vodacom have listed me for "missed payment" - how was a payment missed when the money was firstly erroneously debited from my account and then still get listed for non-payment after the debit.
I have had a premium deducted and my vehicle insured last week however this week it shows "not insured" and I've sent countless messages and no one responds. this policy must be cancelled, I would not recommend this insurance company at all.
one whole year ago, I paid up a contract and requested the number be moved to prepaid...this was not done, even though I paid R13k to settle the contract, and now my line is suspended and I apparently owe R595,. I've been trying for the 3 months to get this line unblocked as I receive OTP and use this number for banking and other services...things are at a standstill while Vodacom agents shunt me from pillar to post without resolution or even a solution. The service I received from Lethabo Hlabyago was exceptional. She was quick and made sure I was fully satisfied with the electrical work performed at my premises. I’m grateful for her extra mile attitude on a public holiday no less. You’re a start Lethabo
I have an item stuck at WITSPOS in JHB somewhere since the 24th of January.....this is ridiculous, how can I continue to use the Post Office, this is the second item of mine just “disappearing” in that organization...
I have been trying to get my CC pricing bundled into my Cheque account but apparently this only works with a prestige plus account, which is non-existent on the company website. There’s only the Prestige account for the R205, and this is advertised as a benefit to have bundled pricing. I spoke to Monalisa Duma who agrees that there is no Prestige+ but she still can’t do anything because I need some invisible account to make this happen. The amount is negligible, it’s the principle. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thank you standard bank for showing me that my loyalty means nothing.
