Have had an account with MTN for too long now! Finally my contract is up and I do not want to continue with my contract. I had a million calls for upgrading and when I said no I was told I need to then give notice to cancel which I did, and I did this a month before my contract was to end. Come the following month and I am billed yet again but I am charged more than the usual contract amount since now I apparently move to month to month. I call to tell them I have the email with all the back and forth proof of my cancellation discussion with customer care only to be told well we don't see it our side. Whose fault is that?? And I still must fit the bill??? Makes absolutely no sense
People pay these guys to help them drive their insurance claims or to process their insurance matters but you pay them for nothing. Dealt with them during a 3rd party claim and they simply just forward your emails between themselves and the insurance company, no middleman assistance to get the claim sorted or through the insurance company, just poor to no effort given. Why bother paying this when you must do all the work yourself???
Terrible experience trying to deal with Santam for a 3rd party insurance claim. If you end up in this situation and need to do a 3rd party claim and it's with Santam, rather use your own insurance to get fully covered on the damages and your transport thereafter and then let your insurance fight it out with Santam for the money's back, not worth the hassle of trying to deal with Santam and their incompetence. They do not respond to emails and they do not give feedback, they give you false information and then are very vague in getting any kind of info back to you. The only time you ever get a response to your questions and emails is once you call them and they go check the status of the claim number while you sit on a call with them. So very glad I am not insured by Santam!
Such a pity that NetFolrist has such nice gifts that are not easy to find anywhere else but have such disgusting service and unwillingness to help customers. You are there to deliver gifts and to help people get gifts on time! NOT to ***** their money, entice them with **** vouchers that dont work and get them to chose gifts from your website only to mess them around when it comes to payment! Missing order and blank email after taking my money and not doing everything after that to ensure i can still get what i was trying to! sis! disgusted by the service! For a company that is supposed to deliver to make people happy i cant believe you have no idea what Customer service is!
It is impossible to get a hold of FNB. The excuse of "use the app" is UNACCEPTABLE! When you call you have to spend hours on end waiting for someone real to actually assist! WHAT IS THIS ABOUT??? I try manage my own home loan account, for the last at least 3 months i have tried using the APP as i have been instructed to and the function i select ALWAYS gives me the "System Currently Unavailable - please try again later". When I try do it online i am redirected to the APP function which does not function. NEXT OPTION - call. I call the home loan number given and must listen to "use our self-help options...etc, etc" for 2 minutes before i can even select an option to try get to a REAL person to get some help...and before even selecting an options airtime runs out....so we try again i call again and get through the options, make my selections and wait for the call to actually be answered...to only be let down and have noone answer for TEN WHOLE MINUTES...and then the call gets hung up.....so i try again and manage to get through the insanely long and tedious beginning of the call...make my first selection to try get to a REAL PERSON and what happens.....while waiting for someone to answer the call..sorry airtime is up! it is ridiculously hard to get hold of the right department at FNB. Every other department passing you on or trying to get you to use the non existent self help! please can someone just HELP ME!
Madr an order From Debonairs Comaro Crossing tonight to be completely disappointed. I added extra pineapple to a pizza, specifically for my son which costs a ridiculous amount extra!!! And to get rotten/fermented pineapple on our pizza was a great way to ruin our Friday night dinner!!! Disgusted to know we pay good money for these pizzas and Debonairs is not even using fresh toppings! Thanks for ruining our dinner tonight! Also tried sensing this complaint to their email from their contact us page and in return all we received back was a return email- 'failed to deliver to this recipient ' so obviously Debonairs is used to having complaints and to avoid doing anything about it they have made sure they DO NOT receive any mails! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Great service from Godfrey at King Price Insurance. He was friendly and helpful, was precise and to the point. He understood what I needed and did not try waste my time.
Flawless service. From making my order to keeping me updated with where my order is. I enquired about my delivery after misunderstanding the tracker and I had a response in just a few hours. Later that day I got a notification that my parcel was ready for collection ... a day early which was awesome. Collection was quick and easy and super convenient. Great service!!!
I am waiting for a delivery from MTN being sent through DSV. Firstly they called me 2 days late when calling to arrange my delivery. THEN they give me a delivery date 2 days past when I should be waiting for my order but OKAY i'll wait. On the day I am waiting for the delivery ALL day and nothing...I call to get an update to be told the driver has indicated they have faulty biometrics equipment so they cant make the delivery BUT NOONE calls to update me when i am WAITING JUST for DSV to arrive! I then ask okay so when will this delivery happen and get told no they need to reschedule delivery, so when will someone contact me to do this???? and basically the answer is NEVER not until I had to call to do this! AND because I call at the end of the day when THEIR DELIVERY never happened I get told we cant schedule for the next day because tomorrow deliveries are already closed! NO that is not the answer I should get. If you miss my delivery today, the deliveries you should priorities for the next day are the ones you missed the day before!!!! COMMON SENSE! You inconvenienced me one day waiting for you and now you cant help to make sure i have less hassles! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
After getting hundreds of calls from MTN to upgrade my contract, I finally had the need to upgrade and got a call from an agent the next day so I said let me go with this and make it easier. Easy order over the phone, easy booking to deliver to me within 3 - 5 business days.....YEAH RIGHT. I waited 2 days for the courier company to call to even make arrangements. And then they don't follow up on their deliveries or check how your upgrade has gone! It is impossible to get a hold of someone that can help and the last I was told is they can help me when I receive my phone only....
