I'm used to pick n pay having a great service among all grocery stores but I never saw such mediocre like that of today. Pick n pay centurion mall had 3paying stations open. Imagine, on month end weekend. At that time while standing on that long ass que, the poor cashier still has to scan and pack our groceries without anyone to assist. Obe on my que asked for help from someone hu looked like a supervisor but no help was provided. I asked the cashier u only 3 paying stations ND she claimed others were on lunch. I always use this particular pick nd pay but I hnever came across the nonsense I've seen at pick ND pay today.
Service in this branch is amazing. They have enough tills for overflow, u don't even wait for long, actually u don't even wait at all to be served. Friendly helpful staff, they even have client info desk, amazing. If I need to do quick toiletry shopping, i go Dischem this days bcos they are so quick and efficient. Month in month out I come there and nothing changes, same good service all the time. Keep it up guys.
I ordered a crusher with a special request, I wanted it thicker than how joy knew it to be. As much as I felt like she was telling me nonsense when she told me it was impossible. I told her I always request my crusher that way Nd it has always been possible for the last 5years. She looked at me and laughed Nd I was a bit ****ed off I must say, then she looked at me and said let me go try it since it is the first time. She left the window side (drive through) to go and make sure that my request was exactly as I asked. Guess what? She nailed it. Just the way I love my crusher. I left there without thanking her bcos I was ****ed off but when I was on the road I realised she actually put effort to try it Nd made it just the way I like it. Thank u joy much appreciated
I think I'm Flippin tired of Vodacom. U guys are extremely unprofessional. I went to the branch savannah mall to cancel my contract and I was told I have to do it on my own, but when I was taking the contract I did not do it on my own. I was called almost 5 times for an upgrade of a contract by vodacom agents , and I repeated my self 5 flipin times that they should cancel, Nd u know what bothers me? None of them told me that they are not able to do that from their department. They just said we will cancel it. After the 5th consultant I was so gatful she even gave me the number I should call. I called and I requested the lady to flipin cancel my contract, she was a very lovely lady and she said yes she did. This was April. I have been trying to cancel since March. Then I received an SMS saying my quotation has been processed: ********** ********** , use order number ********** ********** . I went to the branch after a week to confirm if the contract was cancelled. I get there Nd find a friendly new lady. She told me it was cancelled. Now I visited the branch again since I know that Vodacom is a piece of work and waist of energy. I ask the lady to check y did Vodacom load airtime for June meanwhile I cancelled the contract. She checked her system and said unfortunately the contract is not cancelled. What the **** is wrong with Vodacom. I have to consult about 1 thing ten times before it can be fixed. The lady said I have to call again to cancel. I am srsly tired of Vodacom and their nonsense. I'm not sure if whether it is Vodacom or the employees I'm dealing with. I visited Jet store on 4rth October 2017 for just a holiday flip flops. Nd i was welcomed by MR Baloyi at the door, offering to help with a busket. Bcos i had told my self that i only needed flops i thanked him for the offer bt i ddnt take the busket. What i appreciated about him is, even when i refused to take it, he ddnt take offence bt laughed nd said "its ok, feel free to come back to get yhe busket if u need it" nd guess what? I came back laughing to ask 4 the busket. Well he's one of the most friendly door helpers I've ever met so far. Thank you for a great service. I keep on coming to the same jet now because of his service. He is very helpful
Can someone tell me wht is wrong with voda accounts. They send u messages saying u are owing when u call client care ur status is current. U go to the branch then the same thing. Instead of deducting the agreed amount they take less u call to ask why and no one has answers. I call every week to check nd every week is the same bull meanwhile i know that they need to take more. Monday i called them im told about arrears i told the about already. Like wht is wrong with ur accounts. I had a gr8 experience with voda before until the new additions to my line. They cant even give me the banking details and my balance 4 me to settle this rubbish. I wanted to build my credit score bt thanks to vodacom's incompetence it is ruining it. Today i called again to know since i paid the arrears i dd not know about for the sake of my beaure how much will the next month instalment be. The shock of my life again of which i was transfered 4 times to so many departments. I then transfered another funds today R2880 but my question was for what am i really paying 4? Wldnt it have been better to buy my phone cash? Come on im ****ing my self with so much money for beaureu? Now im told i have instalment of R2660. FOR WHAT!!!! I called in to find out y though and im told i have used data worth R1 900. Guys i specifically asked 4 a phone and laptop not a modem. when i was told ot comes as a package i specifically asked if it was on top up. So that i can top it up my self and the consultant said yes everything is as i requested. No im told i used up R1900 worth of data i do not know of and can never buy so much data due to affordability. Im now frustrated and indebted by a cellphone provider. Really guys? I want this resolved and u guys also need to take all of these gudgets i cannot pay more than R1000 on a phone. I can not afford such the agreement was to pay 800 every month thats it. I have been calling so many times even not going to work because this is now stressing me since this was not the agreement. I dont have a problem paying paying for something we agreed on but not something i do not understand. Please sort out my account and refund back my funds. Too many references, others dont even give u references. 1/ ********** ********** and 1/ ********** **********

<p>I got to my favourite store as usual but despite the greeting i ddnt understand what ws wrong with the ladies by the takeaway area. It looks like they were not in a good mood. The lady by the name of Doris was supposed to help me and she left me there standing as if i was crazy for over 15min trying to get served. The other ladies even asked her how can she leave me waiting there since they were still busy preparing more food. She just looked at me nd them irritated and walked away. The lady hu was busy cooking rushed to help. </p>
