Worst experience
The worse service im receiving. I called the school for email set up for the part 4 weeks but no one wants to assist. I sent numerous emails but nothing. I called the school and decided to deregister since im running out of time but still no one is willing to assist. I have sent emails to matimba, noluvo, sphiwe and to the admn but still nothing. Im frustrated right now i just want to de register and go to another institution .. student number 21921025

The worse service ever
The worse service ever, the boss Mr Jocobs very rude. He ignores your messages and they dont answer their landline. Been waiting for my parcel and they don’t give you any feedback. Very unprofessional

Fundi coming up with stories
On the 29th October 2024, I app**** for a fundi loan and it was approved. On the 30th October 2024 (following day) I cancelled the loan. I sent a letter, and letter was received. To my suprise fundi has been deducting R1600 from my account and when I called they dont want to assist. They keep sending me from pillar to post. I spoke to Thembekile machaki, Ayanda Chitja and Nokuthula who came up with stories. 06 January 2025 I spoke to nokuthula again who **** and hangs up the phone on me, I have records. I called again same day and spoke to (refused to give me her details).. who said Tshekofatso is busy with supplier, which they failed to cancelled 2 month ago and that their finance department is still busy with the cancellation, 2 months later no cancellation, I need my refund, and the loan to be cancelled.

Frustrated
I want to complain against Boitumelo Mogane who is an investigating officer on a case where someone reported against me. I have emailed all the required documents to Boitumelo but she hasn’t responded to me, I have called her she hangs up the phone on me. The alleged vuctim sent an email to withdraw her case and send an affidavid but still my account is still blocked. I need answers I get paid from the same account number

Poor and disrespectful service
On the Thursday the 7th of December 2023 at around 13:00, I went to Goldwagen in Musina to purchase a Clutch plate for Ford Eco Sport. I was told to pay and that the clutch will come tomorrow (friday) from Louistrichard (makhado) and I paid R2405.. I waited the whole friday n Joshua from Goldwagen Musina kept on telling me lies. He said its on its way, I called until I gave up. Saturday morning I called again, he said now its coming from Thohoyandou and I must add R325 because the one he found is so expensive. I told him that I can only pay once the Clutch is here, he kept on saying the taci from thohoyandou hasn’t arrived. The clutch is inside the taxi, it will arrive after 14:00.. At 14:30 I called him, he came up with alot of stories until I asked for my refund… At 15:30 the clutch plate was not here and I was told that there was a mistake, because the taxi was not full.. I asked to speak to his manager whom was also a **** and was not even remorseful… I forced him to refund me, and threatened that I will go on twitter should he not refund me.. He ended up refundind me at 15:40. Im so disappointed with Goldwagen Musina and Goldwagen as a whole. Im really not happy, they should have told me that they cant help.

Very Disturbed
<p>I called libery head office in braamfontein on monday the 12 th sep 2016 to check my investment policy, i thwn asked thwm to send me all the form for me to surrender it, i had to call them morethan 4 times just to get am email from them. Which is a waste of my airtime. I received the forms and send them back on the same day Monday, to my suptised i never received any correspondence until today the 15th just to follow up, i was told that my documents ae outstanding, i asked whivh ones because ive submitted everything they wanted according to our telephonic conversation, they now requesting the id copy of the person im staying with whivh i find it very odd because it was not part of the investment. They even said the have told me to submit it and i was not told. They said without his id they are not going to process, reason i dont know because he is not part of the investment and not even his name is on the investment policy. I got his id i sent it back to them but up until this afternoon i havent receive any correspondence, i have to do the calling and the ups and downs. They evwn refuswd to give me the recordinga of my conversations which happened on monday. Its 4 days now and im suppose to receive my money by tomorrow but im told i have to wait another 5 days, which doesnt make sense to me. </p>
