We have been a subscriber with Curemed since 2023, and unfortunately our experience has been a big dissapointment. The point of a broker is informed advice when reviewing cover options. Another reason we took up their services was to receive guidance, support during claims or emergencies. In my experience, neither value points were delivered. Communication and responsiveness have been a consistent issue. During an accident where I needed assistance understanding my cover and next steps, I was unable to get a response despite attempting to contact them. Only after throwing my toys out the cot did I receive a response. More recently, I identified a potentially cheaper medical aid option that appeared to offer better cover. When I asked the advisor for professional guidance or analysis, I received a screenshot of quote variations with other comapnies with no explanation or insight. When I specifically requested their opinion, the response was simply that it was a “basic plan with little cover” without any meaningful comparison or reasoning. I questioned this lackluster response and asked for further clarification, I was told they didn't include detail were in a hurry due to a meeting with their boss. It feels like we are paying ongoing broker fees without receiving meaningful advisory value in return. I raised another complaint requesting follow-up, and although I was told someone would contact me, no one had responded. We will be cancelling as we don't see the benefit of continuing.
Signed up on the 1st of September, pre-order I could wait no problem. COVID delays, understandable. But I am still not connected and every time I chat with them, which takes a few days to be connected on average, the tell me something different! Still not connected despite Frogfoot being live in my area. Honestly thought you couldn't get worse than Telkom and Afrihost, I was wrong!
I have been trying to cancel a contract for the past 2 months, I am paying for internet I am not using because I would rather work with a company that actually provides what I am looking for! Telkom really is a poor excuse for a company!
Xneelo is always such a pleasure to work with. I am by no means an IT boffin but the supports staff have never made me feel incompetent and have walked me through the processes very clearly, sorting out any problems present! 10/10 Would recommend
Afrihost shipped a SIM Card to me using CDC Couriers. I was called by CDC to arrange a delivery time which was supposed to be between 08h00 and 10h00 today (09/04/2020). I even received an email with an option to add this to Google Calender. I was then called a day later to let me know that they have delays and will only deliver on TUESDAY the following week. I tried to arrange for The Courier Guy to collect it from them (10/10 would recommend them as an online store owner) but this morning I received a call letting me know that my SIM card was not there but still in JHB. Constant miscommunication and many unfulfilled promises.
<p>My sister and parents recently left to India, due to the buzz around moving out and them leaving the country I only realised later on that I should get a farewell gift. I ordered some mugs and contacted Superbalist.com. They went to an extra effort to ensure that the parcel arrived before 12 o'clock on the day of the departure.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's a great compnay and I love to see South Africans finally getting a grip on the ball when it comes to online retail
