Arrived at our heaven away from home yesterday. Always feel so relaxed at #MagaliesParkResort as soon as we arrive. The warm welcome, clean chalets and most important the COVID-19 standards wherever you go. We have already booked 3 more weekend chalets for the family in May.
Been going to the restaurant on a weekly basis for the past 7 years (probably longer). Same waitresses which tells me a lot. Meals prepared fresh and delicious. Good healthy eating catering for everyone.
No reply to my previous complaint and it seems to be a norm according to my friends on Facebook. We may be the small fish in the sea and reached the age of 66 as pensioners BUT remember who supported you when you first started out. Now you don't seem o care. Posting difference prices for the same product Office365 through different mediums. The best is if automatic renewal is left on you wil charge me $1199 next year instead of R1199. I a so pleased I am not totallt dependent on you for my daily living other than I have lost R1199 plus R14 which you have not answered me on. The youth of today !!!!
I hate being ripped off. #Microsoft sent a renewal notice for an annual subscription for #office365home expiring 14th June 2019 costing R1199.00. I did what I think is the right thing and paid on the 18th of May 2019. Next thing there is an additional charge of R14.00 on my account. No reason. Today, Incredible Connection are advertising the exact same package for R899.00. I have tried every avenue possible to contact #Microsoft but to no avail in order to request them to cancel the order and the credit card charge. Just to add to it I don't use anything other than Word and Excel and only for my private needs. Pensioner suckered again. (Read terms and conditions of sales ). I just cannot accept a R300.00 price difference for the same product.
Why oh why did I have to go to the DSTV customer care centre to resolve my account and connection problems. Compared with all the promises and escalations by the call centre which resolved nothing the walk in centre obtains 10 stars. If you have a problem do yourself a favour. Don't waste time and money phoning.
In short. I pay DSTV on fixed pricing every month via debit order. On 13th of November my DSTV decoder was hit by lightning. On 16th of November a representative of DSTV - ELECTRO SAT installed my new decoder. I cannot explain in a few words the terrible time we had from a totally drunk representative. That is a further complaint. Incorrect information was given by the representative regarding Serial Number to the call centre. On Friday evening I phoned, corrected it and obtained connection. I then had major problems connecting my XTRA VIEW . After numerous phone cals and having to purchase a splitter (not installed by DSTV) my XTRA VIEW came up. Both systems are running perfectly now. BUT - I cannot get DSTV NOW or DSTV LIVE channels (I can log on). When I phone in a recording tells me I owe about R960 . I speak to a representative who agrees I owe NOTHING. It will be fixed. We will escalate. Minimum of 10 calls. I used the live chat on DSTV NOW/LIVE twice - they will escalate. Ask to speak to a supervisor or manager - sorry will not help they will also have to escalate. I have been a customer for more than 18 years, never missed a payment and just because I change my decoder I cannot get the services I have paid for. DSTV your monopoly will soon be eroded if you treat your customers like this.
Reported a sewage problem and within the same day smiling faces on the Joburg Water truck arrived, confirmed that there was a blockage, immediately got to work and fixed the problem. Sorry I didn't get their names but I do have the reference number of my call ********** 497. It is such a pity that the other departments don't take a leaf out of the books of these civil servants. I have an account query outstanding for more than 3 months and now have received a new valuation for a property in our Home Owners Association which was revalued and the category amended by the Council on the 15th of February 2015 per OBJ-034069. Suddenly it is all wrong again. Talk about wasting money in some departments.
