EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with your service! Our parcel was clearly extremely mishandled. It was meticulously packed with bubble wrap, foam, and reinforced cardboard, yet the glass shattered on multiple sides and there are deep impact dents in the METAL frame. This type of damage cannot happen through normal handling — only when a box is dropped, or struck with sharp object. We packed another box in exactly the same way, and that one arrived in perfect condition. What’s even more frustrating is how the complaint was dealt with afterward, taking NO RESPONSIBILITY for their couriers who obviously don't care. Do people not have any pride in their work anymore? The response we received on the complaint was completely dismissive, despite clear photographic evidence. This level of damage and poor follow-up is unacceptable. You companies really don't give a **** about customer service anymore.
If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. They were sent by our insurance to collect our car where we were stranded. When the Towing person drove our car onto the flatbed truck, he bumped the towbar on the back of our car intensely and continued to sc**** it in the process. He then got out and started using the pulley system. We took pictures of the damage as it was inflicted. He was very unfriendly. When he left, we remembered a present we left on the floor of the passenger side for my dad. It was too late to get hold of the driver. Forward a few days to where we collected the car - no present to be found inside. We phoned First Help to report the missing present and the lady who answered the phone did not believe me. Even though both my husband and I can attest that the package was there, the lady would not listen to me. She said the driver took pictures from inside the car and there is no package there. I continued to tell her that obviously, the pictures were taken after the item was removed. Logically I cannot believe that she used that as proof that the item was not there when he received the car. Also, it is the principle of the matter that counts here - that First Help has some dishonest people working for them and they are getting away with their crimes.
What a terribly ******* company. To start off with, they are extremely expensive and have no way of reaching them for customer service. The pointless app takes you in circles with no one to complain to / get actual help from. I've paid for food that was never delivered, and after immediately reporting it on their app, and continuously sending messages for feedback... They rep**** weeks later that - they can not give a refund 48 hours after the incident. Unacceptable! Their service is non-existent. What a bunch of ******* ********s.
After they friendly and eagerly accepted the repair on our two freestanding stoves, we've been struggling for the past two years to get any updates on fixing these. After continuous vague excuses and empty promises to call us back on numerous occasions, and after having to fight with them for answers, we finally concluded that they never even looked at the stoves. We will be collecting the stoves from them, untouched in 21 months. It is a miracle that these people are still in business.

Vodacom Fibre - speed test at night reads 2mbps, instead of 50mbps! At least the previous service provider had a call centre which was available at all hours and answered their phones. Vodacom's is unavailable due to 'unforeseen circumstances' (?) This is ridiculous. Very disappointed and irritated with this horrible internet speed from the stone age. Thank you Vodacom for pathetic service.
<p>This company misrepresented itself by offering car respray / restoration services. Since we left our car there weeks / months ago, it is still not half-way complete. Do not use these people, except for bikes only. They don't care about customer service and rely on people's good nature to disclaim themselves from any responsibility. Throw your hands in the air like you just don't care. We don't care about your sorry excuses about people that left your company. It is a terrible way to treat your customers. Find a solution!</p>
