I spent 10 days at Glenmarks. Scared and not knowing what to expect I was pleasantly surprised. The one receptionist is an absolute card, full of fun and life. I found all the staff so friendly and professional and caring. It was beautifully clean. I was blessed with a private room. I wouldn't like to share a room. OT sessions were fun. Seeing the doctors every day was amazing. Things I didn't like was ● where we had to cue up for our meds. That wasn't personal. And more than once my meds were mixed up. Luckily I was able to check each time. ● The noise in the canteen is absolutely unbearable. Ppl are loud and on their cell phones. It is really a problem especially those who have anxiety. ● The food was terrible. The portions tiny. I did address the matter with the senior caterer. Otherwise it was the absolute best gift I could have given myself!
I purchased R1860 unbaked ceramics on 30/04/2024 I have never received my goods. They do not respond to emails, phone calls or Whatsapp messages. Disgusted,
Uber Eats de*****ed my account 15 x, Aliexpress 2 x and Greengeek 1 x I went into the bank they changed my card and said I'm good to go. Since then Uber Eats have taken another 23 x. I'm told IF they recover is R80 per transaction! That is R3080 I loose only on Uber Eats. My problem is I paid R70 for a new card they assured me I'm safe. Buy far from it.called ***** dept they say another trip to bank, R70 new card and they supposed to UNENROLL my cars which they did not! Total ***** R10,000
I placed and paid for an order online at beginning of March and still have not received it. I have phoned several times and been instore for assistance to no avail
My oven / airfryer packed up in December. (This is the second one I have had a problem with). I reported it I'm January and was simply told to drop it off in Mt Edgecombe Umhlanga. I live 1 hour away and am a pensioner!!! NO one has followed up with my problem. Very disappointing
Capitec always go beyond expectation. They resolved my airline payment with Travelstart. They are always friendly and curtious and solve my queries. Best bank
Months ago I bought an airticket online paid into a "Capitec business account" which was a ****. I have phoned numerous times, been into bank numerous times only to get empty promises and conflicting stories.

I paid for a return ticket Dbn/Jhb. On 31st May 2022 I went to or thambo to take my return flight only to be told sorry it's canceled (hush hush no reason). I had to but a return ticket 3 days later. I've had no refund, no apology, no credit nothing! Shocking to say least
