I would like to write a review about Platinum Life. I'm giving Denae a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating for her prompt and efficient assistance with my missed debit order. She gave clear instructions as to how I can rectify the situation myself, instead of having a double deduction next month, which of course is not desirable. Thank you Denae!
I had great service from Autoboys in George. I needed to replace my car's windscreen and was told it would take about 2 hours. Being without transport there, they offered to give me a lift to the Mall to pass the time. They even came to pick me up again when my car was ready. Thanks so much to Bradley and team! I will recommend you to my friends.
I had such a lovely experience just now with the most friendly and super awesome lady. My problem was sorted out very quickly. I just feel bad that I forgot her name 🙁
Totally useless and also terrible customer service! First they couldn't deliver and then sent the parcelall the way back. Also, you can't get through on the phone and have to hold for at least 15 minutes and then you can't hear a thing. Like 5 people talking at the same time. That's if you are lucky to get a person!!!! Mostly you get a full mailbox....and have to hang up, positively the worst courier service I have ever dealt with.
Nhlanhla Khoza was super helpful and so friendly and with a few laughs in between as well it was a great experience dealing with him.
I do not like the new "market" at all. In fact, I hate it. First off there is no market feeling anymore and it feels like a mini mall only catering gourmet food. It is also too crowded and crammed and it feels like they tried to cram everything possible onto one floor. Then, they discriminate against smokers by only having a designated spot 50 meters outside far from the main building, with nothing but ****ty shading and nothing else. Of course we did not go there and just sat outside on the grass in the little bit of shade we could find. Like other smokers and people with babies. I've heard from other sources that it's not child friendly, well it does look like it. Why so many moms and babies outside?! They advertised a doggy bar. Where? We couldn't find it. And then, only 1 variety of red wine available per glass. Not acceptable. Where is the good old days? The great market we all loved? Gone. The music? Why live music inside the building? Why not outside like it used to be? And by the way, I thought fresh air is good nowadays...... No, to be honest, there is so much room for improvement it is not funny at all. This is so sad because it used to be our favourite market and our go to place. Not anymore, but luckily we are leaving town and won't go there again.
A thousand thumbs up for Sonja Heugh and her team from Execu Move! We received excellent, fast, professional and friendly service from them from start to finish, and I can most definitely recommend this company to any one who wishes for a hassle and stress free move. They do go the extra mile and were so helpful with all our questions and concerns regarding my parents' move. I was very impressed with the speed and the way Blommie and the team worked like a well oiled machine. I immediately felt comfortable with them, and knew my parents' belongings were in good and capable hands. Very organised and everything was packed with care. Looking forward to using Sonja and her team for my upcoming move!
Landi was super helpful and my issue with too high premiums was promptly solved. She really listened to what I wanted and could afford. Not like the previous agents! Thank you Landi!
As usual, I had a very positive experience with King Price today. I can really never find fault with their customer service and today was yet again a shining example. They tried to phone me and I couldn't answer at the time, and then I couldn't phone back because I did not have airtime and they phoned me back. Now that is good service from an insurance company. Lebo Makweng was extremely efficient, super friendly and helpful and so positive in her service. I think so far she is my favourite client care consultant :) My query was solved fast, friendly and fabulously! And with a few laughs in-between as well. Thank you Lebo :)
I am absolutely disgusted with my order tonight. I ordered the Steers Meal (a burger with chips). What I got was a bun, a pattie and 1 tomato. THAT IS ALL!!!!!! No lettuce, no gherkins, no cheese. Basically F*all. Just that. I think it's a shame that you rip people off like this, and we have to pay for this?! I had to add cheese and all the so called trimmings you advertised for this burger at home. Really, I can make better hamburgers at home than this pathetic excuse for a hamburger! My husband ordered the steak roll. Totally tasteless. The chips were half cooked, as well as mine. Totally tasteless and half raw. Jugh!!! We had to give most of it to our dog. Not a fan anymore. The worst part is we had to eat it because we are moving house and have no food in the house. We are totally disgusted and disappointed in Steers. NEVER AGAIN (and we used to like Steers food)
