I have been with prime for 2 years I had an accident recently due to road works which was declined . I am very unhappy for the poor and lack of assistance I have been paying R1050 for 2 years and because road works and road signs change with speed limits I have been declined You people had no problem taking my money monthly but refuse to pay for minor damages due to speed limit that change as they are working on the road
Dear Auto & General Claims Department, I am writing to formally complain about the handling of my insurance claim and the unacceptable delays and lack of communication regarding my vehicle. My vehicle was collected from the accident scene without me receiving or approving any repair quotation. I was later informed that the repair was delayed due to waiting for a part, and thereafter advised that the incorrect parts had been ordered. This has resulted in an unreasonable delay in the repair of my vehicle. Furthermore, I was advised that I would be provided with a courtesy vehicle, however to date no courtesy vehicle has been supp****. This has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. This matter reflects poor service delivery and non-compliance with the Treating Customers Fairly principles and the Policyholder Protection Rules, as I was not provided with: • A clear repair timeline • Proper communication regarding delays •confirmed timeline of vehicle repairs
I’ve been calling fnb customer service to close my overdraft account which I had paid up and was told it was closed . Upon my follow up I noticed the overdraft is still active I then contacted fnb again and no answer is given on the message chat . I’m frustrated with this fnb than refuse to do as the clients advise but is quick to blacklist the clients when they can’t pay .I DEMAND MY OVERDRAFT TO BE CLOSED 😡
I tried closing my account with Ackerman’s and I was told I failed the security questions and I could not close my account. Then I do a purchase on my Ackermans account few months later for school shoes which broke a month after purchasing at shoe City I then phone into to Ackermans customer care to have the statements sent to me due to not having my slip to do the refund/exchange in the shop I then failed the 1 security question which led to me not also getting the statements - what do I do in this case where I paid R430 for school shoes that’s not even 2months old that is now broken
I woudnt recommend anyone that doesn’t have experience with cars to purchase at Vw Mastercars . I collected my golf 7 on the 3rd of Dec 2024. Jan 3rd 2025 my car broke down I was given so many excuses as to what happend and up till today I’m not sure why was the cause of my car breaking down . Car was at the dealership for few weeks and I eventually got the car back then I noticed the car spare don’t work on the car I have contacted the sales person Shaheen Toyer explaining the key don’t work he has then explained it will b sorted everyday since I have messaged and called and today is the 10th or march and no key had been replaced fixed or coded . After sales assistance is bad they over promise and under deliver I’ve required for a new sales agent and even that cannot be done. What do I do in this case where I am not taken seriously ????
I’ve been battling with MiWay for accident and motor damage claims. A tow truck company referred by MiWay damaged my car while transporting it to the dealership proof has been sent with connection to the scratches to my car the towing company known my JF TOWING - I spoke to Junaid who was abruptly rude and disregarding everything I had said . MiWay had said I should get a quote for the rebuffing which I had done . At the time of getting the quote the company was running a special which I had informed MiWay of and still no prayment from the towing company or MiWay . My Concern is that I have been contacting MiWay since the 3rd of January today is the 27th and every day they are still escalating the matter . I have cancelled my insurance with MiWay and I’ve not received the best of service from this company
I have been with MiWay for 3 years and by far the worst service ever received I cannot express how badly they assist clients that pays so much on a monthly basis the call centre agents hangs up when I contact I get transferd from person to person they take down incorrect information and they have tow truck services that ***** and damages my car and then when I complain about it they are rude over the phone . I have canceld my insurance with MiWay and I hope this review reach enough people before they take a contract with MiWay they are not a good company for car insurance .JT TOWING HAD MADE DAMAGES TO MY GOLF THAT IS LESS THAN A MONTH OLD AND DENIES *****ING FROM MY CAR AND THEN JUNAID STILL HAS THE DECENCY TO LIE AND BE RUDE OVER THE PHONE
I have had a tracker with Netstar for almost 1 month . Not because I wanted the tracker but because I was forced by my insurance to take the tracker or I couldn’t take the car off the floor of the dealership. Aft 2 weeks of having the tracker fitted in my car I had a break down by where the tracker is draining power from my battery. I have contacted the company to send out a technician to remove the tracker at the dealership which I got a case number for. The lady I spoke to said she will log the ticket and a technician will go out the next day which did not happen it’s a week and my car is still at the dealership waiting on a technician to go out to remove the tracker 3 agents from the dealership including myself had spoken and requested for someone to go out to remove the tracker and still today no one has gone
IVE BEEN BATTLING WITH MY CLAIM AT HOLLARD IUA I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYINE TO TAKE ANY INSURANCE WITH THEM THEY ARE useless when it comes to pay out of insurance- the call centre agents picks up and hangs up the process you have to go through to get to the relevant department is a nightmare
