NEVER....NEVER...NEVER - EVER USE THESE CROOKS...they will require you to pay before the services. My wife and I fell into this, we paid for a cleaning service the person came as per agreement, I left her with my wife and 2 kids( 1 and 9 years). This agent was booked for 7.5 hours , before I left the house I asked if she thinks she can do the work and she assured us that this was nothing compared to her usual bookings. 5 hours later my wife made breakfast, gave clothes both for her and any nephews or children she might have. Right after eating she said she was tired and could not complete the work, she said we should have requested 2 agents and more time , so it's our fault that she can't finish the job - if want her to finish the work we must pay her more money . I phoned sweepsouth these Crooks say they take 24 to 48 hours to resolve issues like these, a few hours later I get an email to say I have received credits on my sweepsouth account for future bookings. I demanded a refund as this sweepsouth agent did not do what I had paid sweepsouth for. But no response was received. BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS....!
I've been with Vodacom since 2020 and specifical using their 40gig router which gives 20 gig day and 20gig night. So for the past few months I discovered that they have been giving 15 gig day and 20gig night. I phoned Vodacom and spoke to a very decietfull Agen named Lungile Khumalo, which I doubt these are her name's, when I wanted her contact details including her team leader's she gave non existent details - Boitumelo Ramautsouwa. So vodacom I want my data or my money.
i bought a return ticket this morning to visit my parents and a few minutes after buying the ticket, i get a phone call to say the person i was planning to visit has passed away, i immediately go to checkers where i bought the ticket to cancel it - we phone computicket and we are given the intercape bus number to phone - we dial the number but we are kept on hold for 45 minutes -i then decided to go go back home as my break from work had lapsed. at home we phoned more than 4 times and every time you phone you are put on hold for 15- 25 minutes without any assistants .
i was involved in motor vehicle accident and when i claimed as the car has to be towed, i am being sent from pillar to post, this is day 4 the vehicle still needs to towed to Cape town from Jefferey's bay, i have spoken to the whole SANTAM SOS Department and none of these agents seem to know what are doing - and now i was given the number for their manager WENDY FOURIE who is also not available, i even doubt if this WENDY FOURIE PERSON DOES EVEN EXIST...!!!!! BEWARE !!!!!!
I ordered on the 20 February 2021 and my delivery scheduled for the 02 March 2021 before 15:00 , when i checked my order after 3pm on 02 March 2021 it said" recipient unavailable to collect order"...and it rescheduled for 03 March 2021 before 15:00 , i checked again and it says "recipient unavailable to collect order"...this makes no sense as i work from home and never received a call or missed a call in both days...!!!!
POOREST SERVICE EVER AND FRAUDULENT....!!!! After losing my job i could not pay my accounts, which included a STD BANK LOAN - and as soon as i got another job - the account was handed over, so i have been paying for more than a year now, and more than a year later i discovered that the account they were debiting their monthly installments was on a negative because they have been debiting their installments all along, even though i have been paying them directly. i have been sending emails for months and have probably spent more than R400 airtime trying to phone them - but after holding for more than 1 hour i realize that i am never getting anywhere with this Bank. IT MAKES SENSE WHY THEY HAD TO CLOSE THEIR BRANCHES - THEY ARE TOO PATHETIC...!!!!!
I've been a member for many years with scorpion legal, but when i gave my Tax returns to them - for the first time for submission in November 2020 i was told they will process it and give feedback, days passed, weeks passed as i kept on contacting them but would be told it has been referred to the Tax department but would never be told who specifically - it has been 2 months now and another year - the submission has not been done - the issue is who will be liable for the late submission penalties ? why did scorpion missguide me by saying they will do my tax returns ?
After Capitec has blatantly failed to explain why they handed over my account, they simply said " we have handed over your account, as such phone the legal company that we handed you over to , they will explain why we handed you over "...
In 2018 I made a loan with and continued to pay as per agreement, in 2019 I could not pay it as I was unemployed for 3 months( Jan ,Feb and March) in April I resumed work and immediately went to them to make an arrangement and it was approved - I then started paying right after that and have been paying as per arrangement since then, in 2020 April during the lock down after interest rate was lowered, my wife got an sms to say I had been handed over for non payment . When I went to Capitec they said they did not know why I was handed over, as the arrangement was made a year ago. So be careful of CAPITEC ESPECIALY DURING THIS TIME OF THE ECONOMY.
<p>A few months back we did a lay-bye on a mirror that we saw at SA Framing in Cape Gate Mall, and we would get reminder messages before the payment date - for the payment - on the day we decide to pay the full balance so we can get the mirror,we are informed that there is a list of customers that have already paid for their mirrors but cannot get them because the store does not have them, the list dated back to more than 4 months back, and when we spoke to the manager she said she will handle the matter herself as she admitted to the back log - and promised to deliver Monday, and when the day came she was now where to be found - even the phone number she gave was always busy or unreachable- till this day.</p>
