I was informed by Trans Union on the 23 June 2023 that on the 8 June 2023 an online cellular account was created. This Vodacom was brought under your ***** departments attention on the 23 June 2023 also as this was *****ulently done via your Dealer Like Minds. I have and will never again have a vodacom account and this is the exact reason why as Vodacom just accept *****ulent accounts created without proof. Even the delivery address is actually a hospital so REALLY what kind of company is Vodacom!!! Till date I have heard nothing from Vodacom ***** dept regarding my dispute and I have opened a case at the police against Vodacom now and I will take it further as I will not be held responsible for this account and it is *****!!!!
Almost 20 days ago I applied for my car license disk renewal and till date I didn't receive it. my car license has now expired and PayCity just don't send my disk. I have no fines, on either of my cars and the other car license is still valid for the next 6 months so what the hold up is NO ONE can tell me. Paycity can't tell me what the hold up is and they say nothing is showing on their system why it is not yet issued, even though paid in full. I want a full refund ASAP or my disk couriered and arrived by me within 24 hours!

End of Aug we went into Waterfall branch and settled out account and paid the amount due for Sep in FULL. NOW again we getting harassed by numerous calls that our account is in arrears. Keep in mind that this is not a contract number this contract has expired in Aug. We went into Waterfall store and canceled this contract with Vodacom there and then - we even spoke to someone on the phone of the department to do this. We keep calling customer care to tell them that this was cancelled and this is not acceptable!!!! Vodacom are thieves and lairs and "steal" our money left right and center. Customer care is rude and don't listen what we have to say, and that this is expired and was suppose to be a prepaid line now. Then the phone gets dropped and we don't get anywhere!!! Tommy Steyn
I have been a loyal customer for over 15 yrs and have paid my account as per statement received every single month as statement suggested the amount due is. Suddenly I get bombarded with sms that I am in arrears, WTH???!!! So I called them and they had alook and they stated that I am not in arrears as they did receive my full payment as per my Aug statement. and that this must be a technical error. I told them to rectify this immediately! AND nothing was done as I got an sms again telling me I am in arrears so I went into their store and asked to check my balance to see if i am in arrears and again NOTHING I am 100% up to date! I even bought stuff on credit the same day for my daughter! Now I was sent my September statement and guess what I am in arrears WHAT BULL.... is this ??? I have emailed x5, called them, even FB messaged and FB post them but NO one responds. I will not except this and I want their HO to contact me ASAP or I will close my account and will tell all my friends, family not to support MRP anymore.
We have been told in 2017 when we took the contract that this company has high standards and will do anything to keep their people/clients safe. WHAT UTTER BULL ..... First incident - We have had intruders in our back yard while the security guy stands in front of gate and refuse to go in cause their lock (normal lock that cost us tripple the cost if we bought it ourselves) wasn't on the gate. keep in mind our wall is just 1 .1m high on the outside and inside 1.5, with the excuse they can't climb over cause it's dangerous. Second incident - alarm went off they called us we said go out and report back - NEVER got a call back, we got home check the camaras and they ever came to the house to check, got broken in too outside room and stuff stolen, asked for head to contact us and it's been 6+ months and still waiting Third incident - intruder in yard, pressed panic button as it was just me and girls in house, and till today we are waiting for them to pitch up or call, disgraceful Fourth incident - alarm went off 6h45 in morning, waited for call and never got it, got home and saw their paper in my door times 7h05 nothing wrong. I tripped alarm again when i got home in evening and they then called me when I asked them why I wasn't called in morning when alarm went off they tell me they don't know and it doesn't matter cause I am ok cause I am answering the phone now. I asked again for the head manager of owner of whom ever in charge to call me as this is no except able and guess what 5 days later and still NO CALL! WTH! PLEASE people don't trust these money grabbing crooks they steal your money monthly and don't know how to do their job I am pray
nino's south africa Worste customer relationship company ever -a month went by and still NO response on emails regarding App issues.... nor does their number on their website or FB page wor**** They state that you get loyalty points and stamps for every purchase over R25 but this is a blatend lie as I have sentthem proof thereof and they just ignore the issue! Even the Westville branch manager said it is not his problem if Head office ignore me and he is not getting involved even if it is an issue shown on his own POS system that they are lying to their patrons.
I would like to bring it under your attention that I was informed this morning after requesting numerous times for my graduation dates, times that my graduation ceremony has already happened and I did not get an invite. I got a call this morning giving me a lousy excuse that my name Sonel has been mixed up with another lady in Gauteng (the name slipped my mind now) but it is not even close to the same spelling or pronunciation. I am so disappointing because I was so looking forward to my graduation and that includes my family to see me and take photo's and now I was stripped of that possibility. I really sad and angry and I really feel that this excuse is not except able and yes although my Higher Certificate can be couriered to me - it is still not the same I will never had the opportunity to graduate. I am sorry but due to this unacceptable issue I will now stop recommending Richfield as the best distance learning institute and will strongly recommend my friends to rather find somewhere else to go.
I called your 0861 MOVIES (668437) number and spoke to a very rude person at customer care that told me I am talking rubbish about the age restriction I will not except this and I need my 2 voucher for this move given back to me ASAP as I am coming though tonight with my daughter to watch another movie due to ster kinekor changing the age restriction.
