There is zero response on any communication platform, I have tried every avenue. You have had my parcel since the 3rd of July and it has not moved. Your agents don't respond. I am now lodging with natis that you really should not be their preferred courier. maybe you need to shake your staff up. i requested a call back yesterday as I was 17th in the line and I am still waiting, Mabore Seabi does not respond online either.
Capital Air KZN has zero after sales service. YOUR tech was here three times, replaced my pc boards, still broken. My tech brought it in to you to test, causing paintwork that is new to be redone. It took a week for you to say "nothing wrong" while I had a hole in my wall and clearly no aircon. My tech eventually got it back and PC boards were the original ones????? The error was back and it was your cheap and nasty comms cable... I engaged with your after sales and you had no idea so had the audacity to inform me in caps, "OUR TECHNICIAN WILL NOT RETURN, YOUR CLIENT IS RUDE"....... I was the client at home and was not rude, but your tech informed me that you are the worst people to deal with. I called 3 other well known aircon companies and they refuse to touch AUX because you have attitude and your family run business is shocking. I have had it sorted bot NO THANKS TO YOU. Your after sales consultant is the rude one, I have the entire chat!!!!!! Never ever will I buy another AUX
Your 60/60 app is pathetic. You debited me twice yet cancelled the order. When I call it takes 40 minutes to get through to be told it is my bank not you. I don't have issues with anyone else so I suggest I get my refund and I will be using Woolies Dash going forward.
My card is in credit, now what are you doing about it as I have been trying to get this sorted since the 4th of August and NOTHING is happening
FNB, I have been trying since the 4th of August to get refunded or my credit amount moved from the now closed Kulula Card to my FNB Premier Credit card. You keep throwing me from pillar to post. Kulula is no longer able to assist, FNB sent me a paid up letter with their details on but on phoning the agents tell me to contact Kulula????? The app keeps disconnecting me and saying end chat. Now please can you advise how I get my refund or the funds moved??? Frustrated is now an understatement.

Shocking workmanship. I now have to pay someone to start from scratch. This is costing a fortune as they damaged my windows as well. The also claim to be registered with many bodies on their website, which is false advertising as I have contacted every single one of them. CIPC says they are behind in payments. I should have done more homework on these people as they are not capable of a simple job.
Claim submitted 28 /may, last Wednesday I was told the claim was processed. On Friday I received a mail that means nothing. On phoning today 14 June I am told there is a hold up but no idea what and I will get a mail within an hour. Nothing!!!!!! I have paid the shortfall from medical aid and am now out of pocket.
