Great service Forever Resort Plett
Visited the Plettenberg resort and experienced a minor incident out of the control of staff or managment. Yet, Mr Henry Botha the General Manager stepped in without me making a fuss and demonstrated how serious this group is with satisfactory customer service. Thanks

Brilliant product
Bought a Esener 25.6v100ah battery after having 4 bad experiences with other battery manufacturers. Brilliant choice. Exceeds my expectations by far and working the battery hard over a 2 hour period only uses about 50% of its capacity. Must be your first choice when buying a lithium battery and if i had the money,would have bought another one

KFC ripped me off in cash
Visited KFC windfarm branch Port Elizabeth. Spent a few hundred Rand on a order. When swiping to pay, they said there was a electrical problem, we should swipe again. Wife swiped again and both times it was deducted from my Bank. We proved it on the cellphone but they would not refund , saying we should call them as my Bank may rectify it. They retained our receipt for evidence.3 days later the Bank never rectified it and we did infact pay double for the order. After numerous calls and the phone not being answered, i called Steers the next door business to go and call the shift supervisor. She said we should bring the Bank statement and get a refund. 2 days later we drove the 50km returntrip back again, just to be told sorry come back in 3 days time they have no one there now to aithorise the refund. Every time having to drive back is costing me R100 in fuel so please people, be on the watch out as this might be a new trick as very few people will bother to go back as this branch is situated on the highway . They know few people will want to return. This a daylight robbery . I know now, next time they will *****y the fact we have had to leave the cashslip with them. KFC fly to hell. This is not on. What about my telephone expenses, time lost, fuel spent? Adding up to 4 times my order amount and still i dont have my money

Bad service illegal debits after insurance and credit shortfall paid out
Financed a vehicle through them that was stolen within the first 6 months . Had insurance and credit shortfall cover. When i called for a settlement i was turned away and was told to request the insurers to deal with them directly. Now months after insurers confirmed settling the claim and shortfall, i still get calls that i owe them Thousands of Rands and every month they illegally try to debit my Banking account . Useless trying to explain to them they opted to cut me out and deal with insurers directly now they need to do that. Dont turn to me now and stop debiting my Bank account. No one to talk to and customer service non existing. Should have stuck with the large finance houses.

Extra ordinary customer service. Motus Nissan Parow
I bought a used vehicle a week ago.First used vehicle in 10 years. Was assisted by Denver and Ryno as the sales team. Brilliant team to work with. Very helpfull and professional. Vehicle was 100% prepared, serviced to book in every aspect and valet before delivering it with a full tank of fuel on a public holiday(easter) almost 100km away at no extra cost. I can recommend this dealer and thank them for brilliant customer service, not taking shortcuts, walking the extra mile for sure. Theyre supported by a good finance team. Well done again.

Worst pizza of my life - Debonairs good bye for good
Worst pizza i have eaten in my life and will as long as i live never order from them again. Today i ordered via the orderline, a triple decker, from Hunters Retreat branch in Port Elizabeth, a large creamy chicken pizza. Mistake of my life. I didnt want to pay extra for double cheese etc as thw price is already short of R200 for 1 pizza. It was the worst,dry, tasteless and biggest waste of R170 i have experienced in my entire life. The topping if you want to call it a topping was something like chicken mayo spread with not one solid piece of chicken on any of the decks to be found. If i had bought 3 pizza bases and spread cheese spread on, it would have been better. I could have bought 3 whole grilled chickens at Pick and Pay which would have been much more value for money, for the same price. I will never buy from them again and i request anyone that dares to buy from this rip off artists in future to inspect the food before they collect and leave.

Unauthorised multichoice debitorder
Started a month to month streaming package a few months ago and they illegally without my authorisation run a debitorder monthly. I want to pay direct should i wish to continue and did not authorise deductions. This is illegal what they are doing. Last month i stopped the deduction at my Bank and i was charged a few for that. This month dstv multichoice just deducted again. Its a business account and they have no right to do this. Its fraud
