My WiFi Internet has been down for 48 hours but aftet numerous phone calls their Agents refuse to fix anything because according to their screens lour wifi and internrt are working! They refuse to believe our whole houdehold invluding outdide tevhnicoans! Completely obstinate and will nit escalate or senf theur trchnician to fix the pronlem!

Applied for withdrawals on 29/06/2022 and was promised payment by 09/07/22! After numerous emails had not received all payment by today 15/07/2022 in spite of getting messages stating that this matter had been resolved by Robots ! And this is the South African Treasury?
My wife had Oncology Surgery in May which as authorised by Duscovery. They paid the Hospital Bill but paid the Surgeons from my Savings Account instead of my wife’s Oncology Benefit but have REFUSED to reverse this error in spite of numerous emails and phone calls! Their staff have consistently refused to allow me to discuss this with a director or manager and are completely inept! Who can I approach to rectify this disgusting service? Purchased 5G LTE Package at R499 per month, They delivered a ZTE Router and a Nano Sim Card (preset). yesteday. Connected to Power and nothing happened! Received an SMS stating SIM Activated. Still Nothing! Emailed and requested assistance because although I am surrounded by Rain Transmitters am getting NO SIGNAL! Response from Robot that someone will contact. That was 24 hours ago. STILL NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE FROM A HUMAN. The R499 was deducted over the weekend!

Purchased Cell C Internet ZTE modem/ router with promise that it will deliver reception to stream. Can only obtain between 0.75 and 3.6mbps! Claim it transmits up to 90 Mbps! Their seems to be no expertise in South Africa to offer support only Robots. Where does one find assistance as we experienced similar problems with Fibre installers and ISPs.
Changed ISPs in March, 2021, to MyOwnISP. No mention of Migration Charges were ever advised. MyOwn together with TT Connect gave me nothing but Continuous Loss of Internet, Buffering, Freezing and our Streaming Device being unable to access many sites because of problems. In spite of dozens of emails without success or improvement , we terminated my month to month subscription in August, 2021, to be charged a Migration Fee of R2,735 by MyOwnISP who advised that TT Connect imposed this!
