I only recently started using PNP Asap and let me tell you of the 5 times I have ordered from there only one experience was ok. The first time one of my items were not in the order, after i ordered the afternoon for delivery between 15h00 and 16h00 and only ended up getting my goods the next morning and my supper was in that order. The second time the same thing item missing. The third time my order was due between 11h30 and 12h00 and at 13h00 I had to follow up and it only was only delivered after 14h00. The fourth time same thing delivery on came through after I followed up so waited three hours . The App is also not always easy to navigate. Please step up your game Pick and Pay
I bought a Medi spine bed from Viva bedding in December 2022 being promised at least a 15 year lifespan which i believed as i bought a bed when i got married and also Medi spine and I replaced it with another Medispine more than 15 years later. I was loyal to the brand. Worst decision ever, by July 2023 the bed was broken and only in September 2023 i eventually received the replacement after a whole fight. fast forward less than a year later same story and I complained again. they only wanted to replace the base but to me the mattress was also compromised. after a whole fight we are in 2025 and they have not even replaced the base as they said. I am at my wits end. How can something with a promise of 15 years break and the company in question is not holding up their end. This is disgusting of both VIva Bedidng and UFO furnishers where I bought the bed from.

I did a credit card application on 18/11/2022 and I was helped by Renesh Bhana. I was told it would take 5-7 working days. On 28/11/2022 I received an sms to go a branch to do OFV. I did this at Corkwood branch and was helped by Wendy Lose. I enquired on the status of my application and was told my application was loaded 28/11/2022 as the first one expired. Even though Mr. Bhana told me all was well on the interactions I had with him. If it was not for Wendy's kindness, I would have probably stopped the whole thing. Then When I finally got the actual card, the service at Cleary Park Branch was horrific. When I asked to speak to a branch Manager a Bongi Mkaize or something I was given a very sarcastic, if I want to see her, I should wait as she is very busy. I am so glad that her time is more important then my own. In the branch people were helped by a security guard at the atm. People were assisted by a cleaner lady (Bless them, they did their best) The Staff, I found to be unfriendly, unprofessional and actually very defensive borderline rude. The way they treat their clients were disgusting. I had to ask if the people in the queue (outside the branch) were more affluent and not lower income people.... would they still be treated this way. As for my whole experience with Standard Bank... well Thank Goodness for Wendy or I would have walked away. Did I mention that I was told it would be a Gold credit card and when I received it, it was a blue Credit Card... Makes no difference to me really, but do not sell me one thing and give me another.

Disgusted by the return of my inverter I bought an small inverter from Takealot In July The clamps for the battery was extremely flimsy The one broke with the first month or so. We kept using it as the clamp although broken still worked properly as you could piece is together on the terminal of the battery Then about three weeks ago in the middle of loadshedding the unit just stopped working. Nothing was touching the unit, no sparks nothing. It just stopped leaving us in the dark ... I returned it and Takealot said because of the clamp the warranty was void. They claimed user damage, even though the clamp was flimsy to begin with. My complaint is that the clamp had nothing to do with the actual power unit not working and I said by all means do not replace the clamps just replace my unit., But it's just easier for them to blame me. They should instead take responsibility for the poor quality they sell. I choose to buy my inverter with them believing I would get quality and piece of mind. Thanks Takealot, but I will not buy from you again. I have bought similar items from a so called "Fong Kong" shop and three years later I am still using it with no issues. Your after sales service is disgusting
I received a voucher from another potato chip manufacturer because of something I found in a packet of chips. I went to Pick n Pay in Cleary Park in Port Elizabeth and was told that they do not accept vouchers. I was floored... I have in the past used vouchers at Pick n Pay with no hassles. The supervisor at the till was not very forthcoming when I asked why. I then asked to speak to a manager and the manager never came. I was told to wait whilst she goes to fetch a manager. I saw this supervisor going up and down doing her own thing, but the manager never came. I called The PnP Customer care line and I was also not assisted and they lady said she would call me again on Monday as their Head Office was closed on Saturdays. My gripe is that the overall service in Pick n Pay in Cleary Park is always atrocious. The staff is not helpful at all and the queues is usually terrible. You rarely get the promotional items advertised, so I usually go to another Pick n Pay that is 30 minutes away from where I stay. This is also not right as why should we be content with the bad service when the stores in more up market areas has good service. Does Pick n Pay not have a standard across all their stores. Are we supposed to be content with bad service because we live in an area where there are more lower Income people? Is our money not the same as any other money I am still to get feedback as to why my voucher could not be accepted. I bet that if I were in a different store my complaint would have been resolved by now.
MTN again.... So for the past few months, my MTN line kept being suspended as I was told I was in arrears, because I was not paying via debit order Month. I sent proof of payment and all was well, I was promised that the payments would be allocated... Then it happened again and I was told that I skipped a payment in December 2019...I sent proof of payment since July 2019 and all was well, I was promised that the payments would be allocated.. . It happened again this week and i was told no on July 2020 they had a system change and my payment for July 2020 does not reflect and i was in arrears I once again sent Proof of payments from June 2020. They also never sent me any warning about the pending suspensions. I just got an sms saying "Your Order has been submitted...." The treatment is disgusting as I am being inconvenienced because of MTN's systemic changes and it is not fair. No apology or anything like that...
Great experience I applied and within 3 days I had my router and I was setup. The Deal was also a good one.
I had to do a claim after a drunk driver drove into me and drove away. I was helped by Portia Mtembu, and she made a difficult situation so much easier. Portia was Helpful, professional and just truly made me feel at ease with the way she handled my claim. Then even the Assessor, Dewald was so quick with my virtual assessment. Outsurance I am impressed. With My previous Insurer i had one claim and the amount of drama I had, well... Thank You Outsurance
