On 8 October 2025 spoke to Prime Meridian consultant very helpful and friendly i was helped first time out with what was required no transfer from pillar service to post fantastic service,won't mind to keep my insurance with Prime Meridian with such great service😊😊😊

Do not trust bad service at its worst
The worst company to deliver your parcel i dont know why Nike uses this company as a courier a bunch of fools and ********s ur parcel gets delayed or missing...there call centre staff are the worse gives u run around ***********

Horrible online service
I bought an item online the item does not fit the company the call centre number does not wrk u get through to addidas the returns process does not pick up ur order number when sending emails they say get back 1 -2 buisness days u hear nothing from them please refrain from buying stuff from this company customer service is pathetic

I want to know where is parcel that was delivered to postnet branch Blackheath cresta.My parcel was intercepted or collected by someone with my tracking number had link and sms confirmation according to postnet.How did they get that information matter is with SAPS.I also wanna lay charge of theft against your company Please I wanna know how this happened.

Negligent and bunch of theives
I would like to express my dissatisfaction and terrible customer experience with PostNet Cresta,Blackheath Branch.I bought a pair of sneakers from the Nike Website.i requested the parcel to be delivered to this branch.Only to come find on the 1st of July 2024 my parcel that was delivered on the 28 July 2024 was intercepted by another customer.When asked why they don't have clear explanation blaming each other.The staff are *********** and don't know proper procedures.

Defective Products
I bought a fridge from Makro during the black friday special.My order number is MAK5594745 the fridge started making a abnormal noise I called makro as the noise was not going away a technician came and said the compressor is vibrating its normal and they receive alot of these complaints.The noise started get to get worse and now started to freeze my perishable foods that I had to throw away I keep calling makro and been given the run around.I want my money back or replace the item.This is not the first time I bought products from makro that has defects😡😡😡

Inferior quality from coricraft
I would like to share my experience I bought a bedroom suite value 8k at coricraft branch krameville branch I was assured the product is genuine leather. After 2 years the leather.. Genuine leather started to soil and started discoloring wen when I complained abt inferior product. I was told fat marks after clearly attaching pics of de product.. This company is ripoff and there products are expensive for nothing and claim to be genuine leather. Please beware wen doing buisenss with Coricraft they are scamsters

Thieves
<p>Please beware this people they are thieves they steal money from your bank account and accuse of using data that was depleted.</p> <p> </p> <p>They refuse to provide proof and always say there systems are accurate.They debit your bank account without notification,last month they debited me R560 for a R59 contract when requesting proof they cannot provide.</p> <p>Please beware</p>
