The drive through service was very bad,the taste of the ice cream was off and watery.
The consultant was nice and very quick
The claims process is the worst I've ever experienced. They take long,they don't communicate with you,they give you inconsistent information when you call back,the assessor asks for documentation 1 by 1,it's been more than 3 weeks, my claim is not finalized, I have to call everyday for anything to be done on my claim. I regret joining this insurance. I am being assisted by Abel,I've asked him to be changed several times but his still there not doing anything.
I would like to warn against the emergency unit at Netcare Alberton. I was sick,clearly a case to be admitted but the chose not to admit me so that the doctors and hospital may claim money from medical aid. In total they claimed about R5000 without admitting me,I was given a wrong diagnosis, I was told to go home while still in a critical condition. I believe theirs is just to make money. The nurses were rude,it was just a horrible first experience. I nearly died had I not changed hospitals and went to a Life Hospital. They have called me to ask what happened,but no course of action was ever taken.
I am Law on Call client,I am supposed to be paid money as I used my own attorney,I submitted all documents more than 3 weeks ago but still no payment. I call everyday and I'm told one story after another. I wouldn't recommend FNB LAW ON CALL to anyone,their service is very bad when it's top management. The legal advisor has tried her best to assist me and escalated the matter but still they don't responded. I am beyond angry with this,now the new attorneys are not able to start with my case due to this delay from FNB.This is such a big inconvenience.
I stay in Southgate Ridge,a complex billing is recently managed by Protea. I've stayed here for 5 years but I believe now is the time I pack my bags and leave next month,I can't take this anymore. We got a notice that they will be changing the electricity meter box,indeed they did and told us we would get back the electricity that we had initially bought back. Yesterday our electricity was switched off,no warning,no explanation just arrogance from the staff on site. I had previously registered on their online platform so that was not the reason I was cut off,it's only Yesterday that they send the September notice & we are told we need to pay on the same day for electricity to be switched on again. Mind you the bill is almost double what it usually is,you can't even ask questions coz u want your electricity back,you are dealing with an arrogant Vivian,IHS doesn't even care that the tenants are this frustrated, Sebastián doesn't respond to any email and when you call ,it's the same Vivian who is so rude. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay in an IHS property especially one that is using Protea Metering.
I bought milk that was on promotion yesterday online,and when I am meant to collect it today,I am told my order was canceled by the store and reason is my card didn't process,which is lies. I called customer service & I received the most appalling service from your consultants and with a store that has a good reputation like this,I was really shocked,not only was she rude but she also hung the phone on me! I was explaining to her,how is it that my order was processed smoothly yesterday & today I am told it's canceled, it's either Woolworths is playing games with its customers or the staff at the store are taking marked down items for themselves. I then told her I don't want a refund, I want the same product I ordered,at the price I ordered in when stock is available, as per consumer policies. That's when she started shouting at me and hung up. Kindly investigate the call & revert back.
I have a contract with Telkom,I decided to take an early upgrade so I was paying for 2 devices. I then went back to ask if possible to settle the old device and only be left with the new one. I was told it's possible, first I was taken from pillar to post by call center and rude staff at Southgate Mall,I sent countless emails,the manager also didn't resolve my issues. I was given a figure by the billing Dep,I paid the amount and only now I get an SMS that I can't settle one device. The most incompetent people are at Southgate Mall now I paid about R4500 for nothing.
I am a resident in Southgate Ridge Complex,Protea Metering took charge of the water & electricity Metering a couple of months ago here. I have an issue with the water bill,it's so crazy,my bill has multiplied 4 times since they tool over,I have asked for a breakdown on how they calculated, I have asked to be present while my meter is read but I don't get any response it's really a sad state of affairs. Lots of residents are contemplating to move just because of the water & electricity are exorbitant.
They take the safety of their tenants serious. I stay in Southgate Ridge,there has been theft of vehicles this year from January and 5 vehicles have been stolen. The cameras at the gate don't work,the electric fence doesn't work,there is no lighting in the complex and the securities & caretaker don't even do their jobs. Then they have new company doing the water and electricity billing,they inflate everything! I wouldn't recommend these people anywhere.
