Disgusted at the way I was treated
I am Beyond disgusted and shocked at the way I was treated at Mahindra Benoni on Friday, 18/12/20. On the Tuesday I went to trade in my vehicle for something else. I was offered a price for my trade in vehicle and finance was approved. On Thursday I signed all the paper work and they told me to collect the new car on Friday morning. I went back Friday morning to collect the car. While I was checking the vehicle, lights, breaks etc, the manager told some guy to take my trade in vehicle for a test drive. This man damaged my trade in car on the test drive. When he got back, the manager was screaming at me that the is damaged and how can he take this as a trade in. He refused to take the vehicle because it was damaged. His one sales person told him the car was not like that on Tuesday or Thursday. He wouldn’t listen and treated me like I was some kind of an animal. He called the deal off and told me to leave. I said this man must be liable for the damaged caused to my car, he said no and refused to give me his details. I am appalled by his behaviour towards me and I will be taking this further because I am sitting with a vehicle that is damaged and I need to have fixed and it was not my doing. I am disgusted and extremely upset about this!!!

Disgusted with the goods
I bought a bag of Red Apples from Woolworths today and all of the apple are disgusting inside. They were not cheap to begin with and then ever apple I cut into is disgustingly brown and soggy! I had to throw the whole bag of apples away!! What a waste of my money and time. I specially went to woolworths to get fruit as I thought they would have the best! I am so disappointed in them!

Baby food that was off
I bought the sachet purity (squeeze and eat) and I love them but recently I bought some and if I didn’t squeeze them out into another bowl to feed it to my baby she would of ate off food! The expiry date was fine but the food inside was off. Big white lumps and I could smell is wasn’t right at all. Thank goodness I didn’t feed it to her straight from the sachet. This is unacceptable as my little girl could of got real sick from it. Now I’m not sure weather to trust to buy it again!

Specials scam
We have been to Rebel Atlasville a few times now and they have so called “specials” for eg. R30 for 3 sparletta coldrinks and 2 broccoli for R30 etc They ring everything up and what do we find on the slip. The coldrinks are actually normal price and so is the broccoli. So there is no special. That is a con to get people to take 2 or 3 of each item thinking we are saving when in actual fact it’s the normal price! Scam scam scam!! Very irate customer!

False advertising and billing issues
<p>I have two routers with Telkom and I have tried on numerous occasions to cancel them, no one gets back to me or they say they can't find the account to help me. I am so disgusted with Telkom. They tell me I will only be paying R149 a month, this month I got R963 taken off my account from Telkom!!! If this problem does not get sorted out immediately I will be taking this further and getting lawyers involved!! I will never recommend Telkom to anyone!! </p>

False advertising
<p>I am extremely disappointed with Dis-chem! This is false advertising! I signed up for the baby bag, what they told me was inside and what they advertise on their website for the baby bag, is NOT what you get! I received my baby bag and it's pathetic. What a joke! I got such ****py and so few items in the bag yet I had to spend R650 and see the nurse before getting the bag. The cost of the items in the bag as well as the bag itself is not even worth half of what I had to spend to get it! I am extremely unhappy! </p>

Disgusted by the attitude of staff
<p>I am very upset with MRP! I have paid my account, actually more than what my monthly installment was meant to be, yet I keep getting phone calls saying I have not paid and they are so rude on the phone! Then they have the cheek to harass my parents at their home all hours of the day and night and shouting at my mother over the phone! This is disgusting! Check your facts before you harass people for payment! Other people have no paid their account in months and don't get a phone call. I have made a payment twice this month but still get nasty phone calls. </p>

Terrible service
<p>Every time I go to this particular McDonalds I have the same experience. Terrible service and bad attitude. The person taking the orders is so rude that half way through the order they just talk to their co workers in their own language and leave us waiting half way through an order!! When we eventually get to the next window we get attitude and then our order is wrong once we go to collect! Every time!! I am a very unhappy customer. This needs to be sorted out!</p>

One extremely unhappy customer!
<p>I am extremely unhappy with Cell C, I signed a contract to pay R589 per month. Every single month the bill is between R620 and R650, I do not finish my minutes or data to be charged more than the amount I have signed to pay! I need to know why I am being charge so much extra! If this continues I will take it further and I won't be using Cell C again! </p>
