Great Progress
I received great service from Grey Stopforth when I was signing up for the new carrot rewards programme. Grey was very informative and patient with all my questions.

KEEP AWAY FROM WEBAFRICA!
My fibre line has a fault, started on Monday. Its Friday now. I keep having to explain the same story to the bot and the more than ten agents who keep shuffling me around. None of the managers I have asked for are getting back to me after promises of being contacted by them. They closed my ticket without resolving it TWICE! They blame Vumatel and Vumatel say they can't help as my ticket is now labelled 'resolved'. All I wanted was for a technician to come out and look at it. I am trying to cancel and they want me to give them a month's notice but what's the point if I'm actually not getting any signal. I work from home and I my kids study from home so my whole life has stopped. There is no customer service from their side AT ALL. If you you're looking for someone who cares that there is a transaction between your payments and their service then AVOID WEBAFRICA

Amazing service!
I was assisted by Doris Bontsi when picking up medication at the Welkom Medi-Clinic. She was so friendly, accommodating and humble. Her service is impeccable and you can sense her genuine duty of care. She also communicated quite well so that everyone in the waiting area knew where they stood and she spoke to different people in their own languages

Great service!
Michelle Van Rooyen assisted me at the dispensary in Cradle Stone Mall. I asked her a question about the product I was getting, she gave me a whole unit study on it and it was so informative and gave me peace of mind. She is very friendly and respectful.

Great service!
I would like to thank Officer Nthute and Officer Molwantwa of the JMPD. They found us with car problems at the Grasmere plaza and escorted us all the way home to make sure that we were okay. They were very professional, friendly and shown genuine concern for us and we are very grateful

DO NOT use them
I called this branch to ask if they can print T-Shirts for me FOR A SPECIAL FAMILY FUNCTION. The lady on the phone explained it all nicely and she was pleasant. The experience in the shop however at the drop off and pick up of the T-shirts was HORRENDOUS! The ATTITUDE of the guy printing the T-shirts was extremely poor. He looked like he didn't want to be there and was doing US a favour! The QUALITY of the print matched the employees attitude and treatment of their customers. I'm very upset that our T-shirts look like they were printed by 5 year olds in the backyard. And this is putting a damper on an occasion that is very special to our family.

Great Service
I want to give a shout uot to Lungile at the Clearwater Mall Pick 'n Pay Clothing store. I really can't stand shopping and I needed to buy 10 T shirts for a family event. I took what I could see but Lungile listened to what I actually wanted. She voided the transaction twice as she kept on trying to help me find the perfect sizes and cuts. Her spirit is amazing and and I want to commend her on her people s****s and sense of service.

Awesome
We had lunch at the campus square joint and were served by a lady called Busi. I just wanna commend her for humily and attitude. She treated my mom like the queen that she is and there was such genuineness about her conduct. You guys have the best staff please keep it up.
