The most useless company out. I did an over payment to them on 25 and 26 Aug. I have still not been refunded my money. They treat you like you are the ******** even after giving them proof of all banking etc.
On the 27th Sept I placed an order online with Sixty60, they tok the money off my bank account twice, refunded me once and then cancelled my order. So no order was received by me yet they took my money. They now tell me it can take 10 Days to refund. CHECKERS this is so not rigght. What if I was a customer who spent my last money (before payday) to feed my children. No money and no order. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO TO FIX THIS??? I am also sure I am not the only person whjo you have done this too.
The worst Insurance Company ever. Put a claim in, they approve it. Drop car at Renew-IT to do repairs and then get an email from MiWay saying my card is written off and they will send it to salvage. Only damage was headlight and front bumper 🙁 They don't call you to inform you of anything and don't bother to reply to emails. If youtake my car to salvage I will report it stolen by you, the car is owned by me not the bank. Also no reply from Renew-IT. What is wrong with companies and their customer service???? Very angry!!!!
The posy pathetic lawyers, had an account handed over. Had paid direct to supplier and these idiots are still hounding me. Have emailed them proof etc and they can still not correct my account. For the record I am saying I will not pay another cent till they correct my account. HTN Attorneys please employ people that can do the job.
So after 8 working days I still await a response from Nedbank. I submitted a dispute at the Northgate Branch. Had a call from Tyrone and Nedbank. Emailed him all he needed and still nedbank have not sorted my issue out. Dispute on a charge on my card that i did no authorise and Nedbank still have not reversed the charge on MY ACCOUNT. It's my account and my money. They jiust don't seem to care about gfiving customer service to their customer. Useless bank. This is about looking after your customer and they certainly do not care about or look after their customer. Can someone at Nedbank please reply to me and attend to my dispute ASAP. I have sent four emails and had no reply/service fro them.
When you are the customer and it is your money, your bank account and the bank (NEDBANK) will not reverse a subscription charge that you tell them you did not authorise, so they should return the transaciton and they money back into my account - ND THEY ARE STILL INVESTIGATING IT AND DO NOT REPLY TO YOUR EMAIL WITH THE CASE NO. Worst bank ever. I have had this before with them. No customer service at all. Time to change banks.
ZERO RATING. 12 Days and I am still not connected to the Wifi. Never deal with this company EVER. They do not care about the customer AT ALL.
A note from ex employees of Fontana Holdings. This employer is unethical in their dealings with their staff members. If you are offered a job - DO NOT ACCEPT IT. You will never know if you have a job the next day as they dismiss you for any little thing. No warnings JUST dismissal. Currently there are a few ex staff members taking them to the CCMA.
