Waited for my order at Chicken Licken Highveld Mall @12:42, received my food @13:05 for a simple meal (24 wings) ONLY. Even went to a counter just to check if I didn’t hear my number being called. The guy just gave back my slip and told me if it’s not out yet. To my surprise the numbers above me have already been called. I’m so disappointed to their service,
Went to Gym company in Randburg Square and got this other guy who showed me around and help me fill in the form then after he told me that the last Step I need to do is to go to some guy who will confirm with me the form. Told the guy that I’ll come the following day cos am in a hurry. Will return the following, he told me that my account wont be active. Didn’t return the following day. Two months later they call me and tell me that am owing R199
I called vodacom customer service and I got Lizzy Lamphiri who was knocking off at 22:00 and told that the manager or the supervisor is going to call me back. He did, the guy was so rude to me to an extent that he dropped the phone on me while I was still laying a complain, he didn’t even allow me to say how I felt on the service. I do not think the supervisor is capable of the the job, he does not know how to treat customers and resolve a situation. My question is how did he get this job without customer service skills. What he did is offer 19rand airtime as if I need airtime. Please Vodacom improve your skills or don’t hire any if you not going to train them. I need network coverage not some stupid 19rand airtime like am a student...... n***xxn
I bought an item at Legit Highveld Mall a day before lockdown 25 March 2020, I then realized that the item is small during lockdown. I then went to exchange at Legit Saveways, where they told me I need to exchange at Highveld. I then went to Highveld to where they told me I need to add money due to item was bought at half price and now full price. I don’t understand why I should add,
I am so disappointed with the service I got at Ackermans Emala Mall Witbank. I got there at 11:05, stayed on the que for an hour. Paid for lay by at 12:05:05, then after they told us to wait at fitting room for 32min to be assisted. I am eight months pregnant, I stand for this hours. Really not happy with their process of doing things. I prefer to shop at Highveld than this poor service place.
<p>We bought a refrigerator at fair price kwaguqa in witbank on Saturday 22 july 2017, when we got home. We found the fridge broken, went to the store to report on Monday as they do not open on Sunday. The manager asked us to bring the fridge in store to see it. We then brought it. She requested us to come the following morning to fetch the papers for the new one. On Tue my mother went there and the lady said she will fix it, she won't give us the new one. We then called the headoffice to lay a complaint, WENDY AND FEZILE told us that they can't help us. <p>Me and my husband bought a house at Klarinet, the new developments. We had so many problems with a house. It's strange cause the house was a new development. Their light bulb are forever dead, we had to change all bulbs. The geyser broke two months after we moved in and they had to come nd fix it. Now I am calling with the same problem, The geyser is not working and they keep giving us this numbers that are not working. I would advise people Not to buy DVR houses. They rather go to MDV or 4 arrows. I called Kornel and he said "I don't know how can I help you cos that's not my problem".......... I am so disappointed.</p>
