The very authoritative Hello Peter South Africa function is being degraded by advertising itself as a feature of place called "Mzansi". No such place exists or have any right to exist.
Excellent response on entomology inspection. Friendly and knowledgeable inspector. Backed by surprising good office administration.
Extended service failure [31 July '24 onwards] in KZN South Coast and non-existent support from local ISP. Businesses cannot function, people cannot pay month-end bills.
SHNFIT (shnfit.com) is a Chinese online **** who advertises an take orders (and payment) from the catalogue of a reputable clothing supplier SHEIN. They then fail to deliver as promissed. An order tracking company (track718.com) seems to be an active accomplice in the **** as they pretend to track these non-existing orders.
Telkom 3G failure since 2 Feb 22 on large part of KZN South coast. After 6 days Axxess refuses to get Telkom to attent as they insist on a LAN speed test (I never had a cable) and refuses a MyBroadband speed test. Only action is generating "tickets".

Excellent service by Marlin and Nicolette from the Bay View (PE) branch by guiding online purchase and delivering article to my daughter.
Non-existant customer service. My parcel PN8721390 failed to track after 3 days. Requested explanation from dispatching Postnet branch (Scott Street, Scottburgh) who undertook to phone me back, which did not happen. Then failed to answer phone by cutting the call.
Ordering chronic meds in advance or collection, then have to wait 20 minutes in the queue to collect. One only chemist assistant in attendance!
