I have gone under debt review and have explained this to MBD several times! I have sent them the court orders, confirming as such and my debt counsellor has done the same. I am looking at way to escalate or complain, because at this point it is harassment - and just a means at increasing thei costs. Their behaviour is illegal!
So after you only responded to my order at 17:48pm, after it should have been delivered by 17:00, you STILL charge me a delivery fee of R35?? I could not view any progress on my order via your App - I supposed it was faulty AND was on hold with your contact centre for almost an hour and the line was dropped. Really disappointing service and not living up to the standard of service expected off Woolworths. I will never use your App again!
Absolutely shocking service! I moved at the end of September and made every effort to get assistance from Vodacom regarding relocation. After moving, I found out that there was no Fibre infrastructure laid and called several times to have LTE installed. Again references numbers were given, BUT NO FOLLOW-UP. I eventually just asked for the contract to be cancelled by the second week of October. According to the contract, because I had no infrastructure, they contract could be cancelled and I would not have to pay. I got a very rushed called from Sumaya in Cancellations (she was in a hurry as she had to fetch her kids at school) and she would call me back with confirmation. It is now the second week in November - she never called and instead now I get a call from VVM telling me Vodacom handed me over?!! Why??? No explanation from Vodacom! I have made probably 20 calls - running after assistance and this is the service I get!
After weeks of having to deal with the horrible service of Vodacom, Telkom and Webafrica, Keryn at Home Connect was like a breath of fresh air. She assisted me with patience an was extremely knowledgeable. I signed up as a new customer, and look forward to making use of their service.
I have been waiting for assistance via their Whatsapp line since 12:46pm, at one stage one of the agents just ended the chat and I had to start again. I had ordered an LTE MTN package, which arrived today. I whatsapped and called and received no assistance to go online. I did get through to an agent, when I called who said the Activations Team would contact me, which never happened. When I got upset, she told me "What's the point, you will only go online in 24-48 hours" This was never stipulated when signing up. I'm disgusted and will cancel surely.
I have paid-up my account and have requested my paid-up letter 4 times. You employee JANE BUSISIWE KHUMALO has not been responding to my email requests (4 sent) and I have called twice, where I was told she would call me back. She sent me a paid-up letter from a different client with ALL of his personal information attached. At this point, I am escalating my query to the NCR; and contacting this person so that they can report your organization for breach of POPI Act guidelines. You harass us until we pay, yet when YOU need to confirm payment, there is silence?
I've only had bad service from Mr Delivery. The string on vouchers they send, do not even make up for the frustration and inconvenience. On Wednesday I received my order (DFD74602922) an hour late, cold and inedible. The driver's phone died and I was compensated with a mere R50, after spending probably double that, on the phone with the incompetent call centre staff. Today, I tried placing another order (#DFD75215676) using of course the measly R50 voucher, and the driver not only goes to the wrong address, but has the audacity to give me attitude about it. Insisting he has been following the GPS. After again calling the call centre twice, I am told that I will be called back (a time cannot be confirmed) and that my call cannot be escalated as the Managers are not answering the phone. Between Matthew and Keegan, they are at a loss for words and have no empowerment, to handle my call and rectify any of these issues. Typical.
Absolutely disgusting service yet again from McDonald's Rondebosch and Mr Delivery. I order every week and every week my order is wrong! Your measly vouchers will not make up for it. I ordered today (#DFD42576696) I ordered a meal, and did not receive my burger, my Coke was warm as the ice I requested was not in it and the Nuggets are with the wrong sauce! Its even pointless ordering again, because by the time my Burger arrives, then the rest of my food will be cold! I am hungry and so upset right now! I am fed up! Every week?! I am deleting the App and posting my displeasure on every medium!

On Friday, 16.10.2020, we dined there, celebrating my daughter's 14th birthday. I had not been there in many years - but will definitely be back soon. What unbelievable service; what beautiful decor - the restaurant gives you a true Mexican experience. My kids were blown away and the whole family enjoyed the food. it was exquisite. I cannot wait to go there again!
