Pathetic service
My childrens books has been laying at the warehouse for a week ready for collection. They do not send me any notification. I have phoned repeatedly 3 times since they opened and they said it was pending until the 3rd time when they told me that the books have been ready for collection a week ago!!!!

Unprofessional conduct, pathetic service
We used this Au Pair agency in Cape Town called Sitters 4 U. This Bianca is incredibly rude, she throws the phone doen in my ear while I am talking. She wants to have payment upfront and doesn't want to refund when she can not provide an Au Pair of our requirements on the required day. She freely insults clients as she pleases. She has no manners

The worst Courier service in SA
Worst courier service in SA. They send my Pta parcel to PE and then when I make alternative arrangements to have it delivered in Cape Town on the 18th of December, they phone me for delivery the Tuesday before hand. I then phone and said please stick to the arrangement for Friday and then they sent my parcel to Johannesburg. I now have no idea when I will be able to get my parcel as it has gone all over SA. Poor service through Miway to backyard Pannelbeater causing damage to car
We gave our Toyota 86 car in through Miway and received such inferior quality work that we only collected the car after 3 attempts. The 1st time there was a second hand light filled with moist replaced. The second time there was additional scratches on the car which was not there before and on the 3rd time we collected the car on a cloudy day so we could not see the white patches in the paint on the silver. On a Sunny day we could see the white patches. We took the car back this morning and they said this back yard dealership has another owner. We took the car to them and they said they have all kinds of fairy tales about the cause of the white patches but of course it is not their fault. We will never take a car to HJ Bosch Collision Repair Centre again and also cancel our policy through Miway

Poor service on paint work on Toyota 86

Lazy Discovery doesn't want to deduct claims
Discovery looking for excuses not to deduct claims from our self payment gap. They say that the patient details are not on the statement when in fact everything is on there they are illiterate, lazy and incompetent

No payment allocation, endless sms notifications
I have phoned in and sent several emails with proof of payment and still received a payment notification sms Today. What do I have to do to get these people to allocate my payment??????

Poor service at Impaq, corruption at Impaq Tutor Centre
I have been trying to phone them repeatedly to set up an appointment to discuss coruption at one of their Tutoring Centres where almost no education takes place and no assessments were done.. I then sent them an email and they respond by saying I must send another email and they do not want to set up an appointment. The service at Impaq is non existent.

Fraud at FNB Business Account received NO Priority
Fraud with my Business Account results in a couple of SMS notifications and then SILENCE! I have not received 1 phone call from FNB after money disappeared from my Business Account with several payments to the Department of Labor. How disappointing! FNB is not an honourable institution!

FRAUD AT FNB BUSINESS BANKING PAYMENTS TO DEPARTMENT OF LABOR
Fraud at FNB Business Banking Service as I receive a statement from the department of Labor. Clearly all the payments I have paid via FNB to UIF has been lost! Where has my money dispeared to??? I thought FNB was a reputable bank but clearly I was wrong and have to move my Business Banking to another bank group.
