I have brought 6* 100g low fat flavored yougrant, it went all bad and mouldy, it is disgusting, the expired date is 14/12

UNDER ARMOUR FLIP FLIP
Brought a pair of flip flop for my dad about 3 months ago, he did not even wore it for 2 weeks, the top plastic piece broke off, the flip price is R599, THE QUALITY IS SOOO BAD, SOO DISAPPOINTED, WASTE OF MONEY

No Services, what so ever
Please don't get anything from Cotton On I brought a shirt for my friend last week at gateway Mall, the size unfortunately was wrong, so today I want to exchange it the store manager refuse to exchange it today as this is a sale item, so I asked her if i could get anything at higher price thus I could pay for the difference, firstly the lady is very rude and refuse to exchange or refund, and said why did I not tired it on before I brought if, BUT THIS WAS A GIFT, now I have left with a T shirt that does not fit me COTTON ON service is terrible, South African should support their own stores,

no one pick up the parcel
I have brought the wrong game, the parcel was not even open, i have requested the game to be picked up on the 9/26, it was suppose to be picked up on the 9/27 the game was not even picked today, then i check the system, it is saying that the return has being cancelled, no body come or phone me to say why

Disgusted Service
I have brought a C class car few years ago from Umhlanga ,I have purchased 2 previous car prior from this branch before, the car was serviced on time and was running well, in Jan of this year, the motor plan expired, the car went to service in Jan, during June, the service light turn on, then I took the car to the branch to get service, which costed 8 ********** , now this month Sept, the car just stopped working, now the service is priced at 12000, it have now 2 weeks gone, no replacement car/help what so ever , the branch required us to pay everything upfont to get the repair done I WILL NOT GET ANYMORE CAR/SERVICE FROM MERCEDES ANYMORE, POOR AND DISGUSTED SERVICE EVER, SERVICE PERSON/MANAGER OFFER NO SERVICE AT ALL

the service at Takealot.com is disgusting I have emailing takealot.com for the last 7 days and no response from them what so ever I have previously have 399.00 on credit and them I place an orders that require an EFT, but unfortunately i could not do EFT at that moment and then the order was cancelled, then the original credit should go back to my account, no 7 days later no credit or response what so ever !!!

No Help or any services
I rented a car from OR Tambo on the 7th Sept and on the 8th Sept, the front wheel went flat in Sandton , so I phoned customer service, they told me to phone OR TAMBO and then they told to phone Sandton branch, I phoned them, they told me that they have no car in the depot, I then ask them if they could send someone to change the Tyre, guess what, I waited n Sandton for 2 hrs, NOTHING HAPPENED, no one called me or offer any help the service is disgusting

Delivery 2 hrs Late, no apologies
<p>I phoned Debonairs Glenashley today at 6:30pm to book pizza, they confirmed that the food will be at my place within 45mins, I waited an hr and then called them, they said that the driver is on the way, then i called then 30 mins later, the lady on the phone said that the driver is not picking up the phone and their is nothing she can do about it, poor customer service </p>

Returns and Refund
<p>I have purchased * 2 Melitta - Look Aqua Vario Kettle - Black & Silver on the 1 Feb, when I receive the kettles, it is not the way it is describe, look too plasticly, and I have log in the return of these kettle ( 2 items) on the 6th Feb, but takealot has only credited my account for 1 kettle which is R629.00</p> <p>I have emailed customers service annd they has contacted me stating that it going to take a bit longer for the second kettle but this is unacceptable as it is taking too long, now I get no response from Takealot </p> <p> </p> <p>previously I am happy with their service, now their service are terrible </p>
