Bad
I live in lonedale estate. In my contract it clearly stipulates no medium to large dogs allowed. But next to me is a fully grown labrador in a very very small yard. The poor dog does not have water in the day nor food, he only gets fed once a day and drinks up all his water within 5 minutes. He does not have shelter against the rain, cold, wind or sun, the only shelter the dog has is a Trampoline. Just after 5 in the mornings he starts barking & howling (obviously for attention, food). All this poor dog has to play with is his own **** scoop, which they don’t even use, because the entire yard is full of ****. Eben and Heide (so called Landlords) condone this and says this a puppy & not a Large breed dog. The dog has no space to run or play, he sits in this small yard day in & day out. We spoke to the owner & got the police called on us, because she sees it as racism. Should nothing be done about this I will resort to Facebook Name & Shame including photos & I will contact the SPCA. All this place cares about is getting rent every month.

Bad serivce
We bought a nissan here navara stealth. So many problems . 1 sorts bar wat scratched everywhere we had to take it back then the bumper was not straight had to take it back A d now the seat keeps on moving tri mirror rattles. There was a mark on bonnet that looked like clear coat they sai we sorayed the car hahaha then we saw after it was in there is 2 big dents we called them immidiatly after we gor it back bow again ower problem stay away go with the amarok do not buy from or use ghis place

the guy swore me
I was driving at centurion mall there was 2 of these guard with cars they where parked 1 left and 1 right ( in a no parking zone) so i wanted to go through the middle of them and while I was passing the guy opened his door so I hooted or he wil hit my car. So the guy in car FG 09 BG showed me **** off what is my problem . So i got mad

<p>Fake adverti*****t. i pre ordered the s8 samsung they say you get a gift that include cover and screen protector. when i asked for they tehy say sorry not on your contract . and they did not say that on the web site or anything fake advertisment not happy</p>

Vert bad . Sick
<p>I am renting from central development and its bad. when u rent you sign all the rules before hand only small dogs and no noise after 10. these guys are so desprate they dont even stick to those rules please stay away.</p>

very bad , disgusting,
<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I emailed them exacty what I wanted . But did not get it at all how hard is it to send a confirmation letter . due to the dates changed and the time changed . to what I was asking for so I was assuming it was wat I was asking for but nooo this place is bad will never use them again . I hope they close down </p>

<p>Since we got pastel we are having problems. we must always re- register and If you phone them . they simply can not help you and they ask you 7000 rand a year for advice and admin. But they can never help you. Stay away from this place</p>
