NetFlorist along with Vodacom has this summer promotion running where Vodacom gives out vouchers to purchase items on Netflorist. This is the second time now I received a voucher from Vodacom for Netflorist but the voucher codes do not work. Why run such promotions when your systems are not in place. This is the second R200 voucher that is not working at all. Thought this would have been a nice spoil toward my birthday, but clearly not.
I just want to say a big thank you to Chana Arendse who have assisted me with my pre-qualification process and for the fast feedback. I am happy with the great news she shared with me and her excellence service... Keep it up Chana and stay the friendly person you are.. It was a pleasure to be assisted by you.
I am extremely upset with Vodacom and how my data just dissapeared within seconds. I called Vodacom on several times of which i almost gave up on 17th April 2020. I called from the beginning of April when i saw that my new data of 20gig day and 20 night has not been added to question them with no luck of getting hold of Vodacom. I understand we all under lockdown but this was too strange. The lady at the call centre told me that i have depleted my data and that they have added the new month which i cannot see on my side. I ask her to send me proof to show when the data was depleted and when they added the new months data. So she send me an itemised billing of which does not show data being added or depleted. I took screenshots through the month to see when will they add it. I still want to know what happened to my new data bundle i had to get on 1 April as my data just carried on from the previous month. So tonight 30 April 2020 I go into the Vodacom app again 1 second i had 31.86 mb left and next second all gone and my night data still on 25.14GB. So now i want to see if i will have 20g for day and 40g for night which did not happen in April and i feel i was being robbed since i did not see the difference on the app from March to April. You owe me 40gig for April still.
The service was very poor this evening. They changed my first driver to a second driver. Charged me for the ride. I contacted first and second driver to ask where they were no response after waiting for more than 30 min. Than I had no choice to cancel second driver. Requested 3rd driver of whichshe also never responded after sending messages. Called her a couple of times than she answer only to tel me her battery is flat and she got lost. Yet Uber charges me for all 3 rides that never happened. Poor poor service from these Uber drivers.
I contacted FNB life several times to send policy documents for Mrs ML Murphy. She took out the policy before 2005. They have been deducting her money ever since but never gave policy documents. We have requested this several times and no one is sending the documents. I went to the branch in Bellville and N1 City. Janine at Bellville branch assisted. She called FNB life spoke to one of the consultants that said my mother just need to send an email and request the documents. This have been done and still to date no feedback. My mother is 70 years old. They taking her last pension money every month for years now and cannot produce any documents of a R10 000 funeral policy. Why is FNB stealing money from pensioners. Now that we request documentations they cant give us feedback. We want answers. My mothers account is link to mine and I have authority to question this. Thank you Leonese ********** 027
<p>Myself and friends went to Jackson Hall to celebrate my friends 40th birthday. We went upstairs and got ourselves a table. We waited for a waitress to serve us for 45minutes. They just walked passed us. We called and asked for menus which never came. We approached two gentlemen twice to ask what do we need to do to be served here as their waitresses just ignored us. Eventually someone came of wearing your lime green t-shirt of which she said she will not beable to serve us as she does not work there but she will ask one of the others to come. So they send Queeny. Queeny came with drinks menu so we asked for the food menu as well. We decide to place our order for both drinks and meals at the same time. 20 minutes later if not longer Queeny came with our drink of which she apologised that there was no glasses for our ****tails and they had to wait. Our food came afterwards as we ordered different portions. We had to ask for side plates because we sharing from the portion of which side plates also never came and we said she should just forget it. When our drinks were finished we called again to ask for another round. My point we could have spent so much more but the waitresses are extremely slow. They don’t come around to ask if you need anything else. When they do come and you have your back turned on them meaning watching the band they just take your glass which still had a drink in from the table without asking and also not asking if they should bring another round. The white gentlemen at back of us had to make a whole seen earlier that evening to get service of which two or three waitresses ran up and down to serve him and his family. I think you really need to look at your staff and either get people who want to serve us or give them proper training. They lack in being friendly and serving customers. They come across as being incompetent. We would have love to go there on a regular basis as we made the best of our evening after that poor service, but too ashamed to recommend people to go for drinks and snacks there. DJ and band made our evening though. Please please sort your service out for the next bunch of people attending it after such a long time.</p>

<p>I just want to thank Supa Quick staff members Paul Rooy and Mervin for always helping when I get their. These guys and others go out of their way to make sure you drive out there one happy customer. They never dissapoint doesn't matter how critical the situation, flat tyres, lost lock nut key or spare wheel. They make sure all is good. Thank you and I will always drive pass the other tyre places directly to you. I'm one happy customer.</p>
