People, I’m not happy with this company false and invalid marketing strategy, they would advertise discounts vouchers and even send you marketing emails and pop ups messages on the app informing you about their discounts vouchers when you buy any products to the value of over R500 when you are interested and finally decided to use it. You would get a message that says it expired the very same day it was advertised, this happened 5 times early on this year and the time it was rugby winning and now again when it was jingle100 this is not fair and frustrating. I’m a loyal customer of this company but they are using false marketing strategies to get more customers. I’m upset.
What a pathetic customer service we have received from Pick and Pay Evaton Mall today, there is a lady called Jabulile a cashier, she thinks she owns that Pick and Pay. Went there and I needed a deep heat spray, she was so rude and unwilling to assist even she was told that customers were buying one thing. How could she?? The other staff member was willing to assist because she could see it was something for a pain whereas she was very unwelcoming and not assisting. She could just let us know that she is the owner and therefore whatever cent we bring is not important. Some other things we should think out of the box because of humanity.
Hi, I’m a furious and frustrated customer as a regular customer I bought 125ml Dark and lovely straight and shine relaxer, I thought this product was a recall in all the stores guess what I was in for a surprise. My daughter and I used different dark and lovey products both our hair got out from the roots and what makes me more furious is the fact that she is going to a graduation on Wednesday. I hate this products and I have literally cut my hair. I have sent you pictures on the email I sent, please revert back to me and repair our hair.
I solemnly not a happy customer, I have been a loyal customer for this company since 2013, and for that matter I have never claimed from since that time. I have both parents both turning 60 this year. I have been consistent and have never missed even one debit order even though at times Old mutual will send it’s system to debit a day or two earlier, I have been consistent. For the last 2 months old mutual couldn’t deduct the money, they cancelled my policy with out hesitation and without sending me a message or to asked what could be the problem. I feel this company is pathetic and they are crooks☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️I won’t recommend anyone to take their funeral policies, I hate them....
Guys re-frain from using this network they are crooks, I bought 7gb in less than 2 days guess what...all my data is gone in less than minutes. And when I called them no one is willing to assist. I hate this network shame don’t you try and port
I’m an unhappy customer, Le Morgan company is a scam people. I bought pots, conventional oven that was faulty and a braai stand. I made an application in September 2020 and got my pots on the 24th December 2020, my money was deducted while I was still waiting for my order. In January I started cooking with pots and they started peeling off the pant Inside when I put in a complaint to them they sent me a stupid video that was sent before and told me to try it, I even sent them pictures on their Watsapp number and I am still unhappy I will have to pay 50% for new pots, when I said you guys said it was a lifetime warranty I need a replacement they said the are running a business and the are terms and conditions that I was never informed off. On top of that they kept on deduct my money without making sure whether I was happy or not. This company is scammers and it’s running its business performing a false marketing. I want a replacement like they have promised, not to pay another money like they said. I really don’t understand how these people run their business, do they run their business based on lies or what?
I am currently experiencing a bad customer service from this provider, after I complaint about them debit my account of incorrect dates, they have been sending me emails communication that I should send my banking details without even calling me and making arrangements how can one send banking details to a stranger. My services has been cut off without my knowledge because m told my Is in arrears, therefore nobody communicated with me ever since, when I complaint on Hello Peter I have been told by email that my account is outstanding I should make arrangements and knowing exactly that all my SIM cards are deactivated. How can you treat your customers like this? I fail to understand. When I got my first email I did sent to them now I am getting multiple emails asking same thing and I am not being helped. Nobody offered to decrease my installments or offered me a holiday payment in this covid situation instead Interest are being added without communication. This company sucks
I really don’t get it, who has the right to decide on someone else’s bank account to stop reversal and to stop the bank from stopping the debit order. I hate Sanlam and Direct Axis partnership because they do as they want on their customers bank account. Guys be alert and refrain from using this creditor. They are crooks and decides to put a stop on my bank account debit orders who gave them the right in this lockdown level 3 days. If I don’t get my money back I am still going to take this further.
This guy is selling rotten foods and he does not want to refund his customers when they are not happy. He is so rude and don’t care and respect his customers. He even refuses with another meal for haven’t sake
I’m not happy with this company, they have delivered my ordered products in December last year, then yesterday I decided to use my convention over for the first time, guess what the glass bowl had a little crack and I didn’t think it was a huge thing until it made a huge crack little did I know all my meat was all over the place and in breaks in to two pieces while plugged and my electricity was affected. I never thought I would get a service like this on as I am their new customer. It took them years to deliver my products and at the same time my account was being deducted for that matter. This is a poor service
