I have registered for a course bookkeeping course in January and was not informed that the course will take place in Pretoria till i called Gloria and was advised of it ,I than asked for a refund and was that refereed to Solanda who will sort out my refund i have been sending numerous email to them for the refund and till today i have not received and refund or a reply to my email ,They are very quick to ask for the money upfront but cannot assist in refunding me my money im tired of being lied to all the time by this hopeless service ,My company has paid for my fees and is deducting every month from my salary,until the refund is paid to them
Worst cellular provider ever ,when even you call them to debit your account it is never done i opened a contract with them last year February and debits are never deducted than I have to make arrangements to pay if off and once its paid off it all starts again where the debit is not taken ,the last time i saw my account was just over R700 and now when i call them they saying i owe over R2700 how can it go from R700 To R2700 in 4 months when my phone is suspended ,when you make arrangements they take if off the bank account but when its normal monthly debits they do not take than you are suspended again ,i keep getting transferred from one place to another i regret taking a contract with you guys and will never recommend then to anyone else as im working with a few people and they all having the same issues with you guys ,you call the call centre and all of them are ignorant or dumb
On Friday 7 june we applied for an online loan and were not called so we decided to go to standardbank northgate and applied there on the 8 June 2019 and was helped by a lady called Irene who was very nice and was told we just need to wait for Monday or Tuesday before close of business for the loan to be in the account as they needed to confirm employment and we will be updated ,till today no one as given us feedback or called my wifes company to confirm employment i really dont know how these people work as its all empty promises and very slow ,we keep calling and we are put on hold for over 30 minutes before our calls are taken
On Monday morning myself and my son were sick and decide to go to a network doctor and to only find out that we were given a script for medication and than we went to clicks and when we got there it was declined and we called medical aid and they said the doctor has to give medication which i had to drive from place to place,we went back to the doctor and was told to drive from north riding to honeydew to get medication and when we got there we did not get all the medication we had to get and than call Affinity again and spoke to Jessica on the 4th March called again on the 5th and was told the same thing and spoke to Fana and than called mediscore as well and spoke to Erica which we waited like over 20 minutes on the phone and did not receive any help from anyone ,we even spoke to a lady called Bongi and said we must do it through another code and nothing worked this is one promising medical scheme with nothing that can help a client i regret leaving my previous medical aid
I took out a contract with vodacom last year February 2018 and my account was not debited for four months and now im in arrears and have made arrangements to pay my account and now all i asked them for for a email confirmation stating that i have made arrangements to pay an outstanding account and they cannot help with an email because they do not have emails which company does not have an email ,and i spoke to the manager in collections by the name of Robyn this is the worst service provider ever
When you call them to take out a warranty they said it will be paid ,i called the call centre on Monday and said my clutch is slipping and it needs to be replaced and when i took it for repairs to a RMI dealer they say the do not pay for that so why send me to a mechanic and be turned down after ,people should be very careful when taking up a warranty with this guys as its all about taking the clients money and not helping out
Good day As I have been requesting someone to assist me with medical aid from the 19 December 2018 and have still not been helped till today i really think this is not fair to anyone needing to sign up for medical aid its business for you guys this this system you working on is going to make you loose a lot of clients im fed up and i would like to take this matter further,AND PLEASE DONT SEND ME A MESSAGE SAYING IT WILL BE RESOLVED AS I HAVE RECEIVED A LOT OF MESSAGES AND NOTHING AS BEEN RESOLVED AS YET
I have been a fed health client for the past few years I was just short of a payment of over R900 I needed to take my son to doctor and said it's still early as soon as I'm done I will make the payment they refused as I have had this issue before and they have assisted me , I than went to a doctor payed over R900 and than payed them the R900 and now when I applied for a refund they rejected me and this is not the first refund they rejected it is always happening to me where I claim a refund they reject it I'm just so tired of these people and will change my medical aid next year to someone better I even regret leaving momentum to join you guys
We went to ciao baby in monte and ordered Alfredo pasta which tasted like fish , we did not complain and took our meal home ,my wife called the manager on Monday which was very rude and arrogant and said this is the first complain ever and will get back to us till now we have not received any feed back, I'm really disappointed with this and to pay over R90 for a meal and not be happy
<p>i have had an outstanding amout to pay on my account when i called and spoke to a consultant i was told i cannot make araangments as it has to be paid i kept on paying my account every month so it could be unblocked for a week and when i called last week i was told i can make arrangements ,and my account was paid and now i tried to make arrangements and get my account unblocked like usual i was unable to do so as per Judith ,im really ****ed off because this issue could be resolved along time ago and my account could be up to date now i think im going to this this matter futher and solve it out in my own way</p>
