Asked for reversal on money being taken, there is no debit Mandate on my account for the amounts being taken
Good day, Still waiting for debit to be stopped, removed and refunded. Really bad service cause I asked to be contacted vie e-mail. I have struggeling for a month now. I even phoned Isabella holding on for almost 5 min on my talk time, I attached the proof. I have no emploment so no income only get some money to pay my need to have policies and phones. I also have not recived no new products Isbella cause I told them I can't afford it. They took money anyway. 1st of Jan 2026 R288.54 and 24 of Jan 2026 again R144.27. This is *****ing from me, there is no Debit Mandate active for these amounts on my FNB account, so how can FNB let this go off in anyway. Springbok Cards Dissapointment
Good day, We decided to go to Elspark Pick n Pay to get some bread, milk and few other things. And also to get some different Springbok Cards as Sunwardpark Pick n Pay packs have all the same cards, but just to get at Elspark Pick n Pay and buy the things but getting no cards, cause they have no stock. Will Pick n Pay sent me my cards for my son as I wasted my time by going there and getting nothing. No they would, I e-mailed custumer care, cause I was suppose te get 6 packs but all they said is sorry we can't help me. Wasted my time and money to support Pick n Pay. So now there will be no efford from them to make this up to me or any off the other customers.

Terrible online order service from Clicks
Most terrible service, as you order online, you choose the Clicks close to you, but the order comes from JHB headoffice or somerhing. I ordered on last week Thursday morning at about 07:00 it is Monday the medicine is not arrived yet. I wanted to skip the wait in a line so I ordered online. Wanted to doctor my son before the cold got worse as it was only the start, now is down is the bed can't even get up for school, because the service off online order at Clicks is very poor.

Funds needed URGENT.
Awswered my e-mail quite quickly, about getting a small donations for R4000 for my son. Did start my own backabuddy, but have had no luck yet, so I contacted them. Hope they will help me need the funds by 29/30 June it needs to show in the Rhino weeks acc on 1 July 2024.

No feedback and answers
Good day, After about 5 e-mails and 3 what's app's, no feedback is recieved. I paid on the 24/05/2024 for a debit change date an amout of R300 for the debit to go off on the 25/6 and not the 08/06, I wanted it to change the date to when I get funds in my bank account, but Retoza took R460 on the 24/05/2024 as well, so now I paid double and now I have no money for bread and milk for my kids. It doesn't work that way, you pay the R300 so they can adjust the debit date to later date not to earlier date. Req # 1167019. 8703090229080.
