I bought a JVC smart tv 40” beginning of April on Takealot and a month later I just stopped working.i contacted Takealot but was referred to JVC as the supplier which I did and they asked for POP which I sent and then they never rep**** to my emails I have left countless emails to no response till today and I don’t even know how to solve this issue
I love how I always get offers so cheap for different things
I rented a car from Budget from 4 till 8 July.i didn’t have any problems till I returned the car they said the wheel cap had a crack and I took the car like that.there was no inspection when I took the care for existing damages so I wrote down that I took the car like that but part of my deposit was taken.i have been calling since Monday and they keep saying they will get back to me and nothing happens
I bought a ticket on the 26 today I woke to them have debited the same amount of money and it's not the 1st time it happens.the whole refund procedure will have u exhausted before u get ur money back.i cannot afford to be waiting that long for my money
I bought items online sometime mid November they never got delivered I kept requiring till they called me and told me my order wasn't going through n they don't know y,they told me they will refund me I refused and solution was for them to re-do my order and this was now Mid Decemeber,I am sad to say my order has not been delivered and again I enquired and was told my order failed again and they asked me if I want them to re order again.i mean 2 months and counting?stuff I want is in stock 😢 😔 I am beyond shocked with the incompetence at this point
My contract ended and was canceled on the 10th of March and the agent mistakenly gave me a 2 months period instead of 1 so I was billed for may which I shiludnt have and now cell c says it's my fault I should have let them know that there was a mistake and now this debt is affecting my credit score and find it unfair that I must pay for the month that I had already canceled for and the agent was so rude about it
Last weekend I made 3 manual payments and they still debited the money even after I had sent through proof of payments.I have emailed 2 different people from the company and my query goes unanswered and worse they have charged me penalties as well and nobody is attending my queries
It's been over 2 week I have been waiting for my parcel and tgey say it's delivered to a gardener inning house whilst I do not have a gardener.I have to constantly call and I'm taken from pillar to post and still no parcels till today and I cannot believe the amount of incompetence in the Polokwane staff.
So I’m writing a second complain about the same issue.it’s been 2 months I am waiting for a phone I had applied for and was later told it is out of stock and awaiting delivery.I waited and decided to check now today and was told Samsung had told cell c that the watches won’t be delivered so to cancel orders or tell clients to order different devices.Eugene Green never called me and told me any of that.when I called today they told me I need to order for the same device without the watch fortune same price.I feel it’s not fair given the fact that I waited 2 months for all this bad service to be told to buy the same phone for expensive price with bad service and incompetence of the staff.I am not happy
2 weeks ago I signed up for a new contract and to date I have not received the phone or any sort of communication from cellC.even after calling a couple of times nothing.today I got worst customer care as I was on the phone for over 16 minutes being put through to 5 different agents not getting any help with a simple phone delivery.I am not happy at all
