Horrible after sales service at Makro, when trying to return an item
Greedy bank with inefficient call centers, do not invest with them as their commission and bank charges are very high. YOur investment DECREASES with them because of this. Do what Cyril Rammy, our president, did: hide your money under your mattress. You'll be better off.
My feedback to MTN: Train your call center agents better. They are mostly one step away from being idiots. MTN customer care lines must be the WORST in the country. You can get NOTHING resolved by phoning ANY MTN customer care lines. They employ matriculants with a 30% pass rate, and this is the result. No, I think they employ persons with very little or no education at all. I will post this experience of mine to Trustpilot and Hellopeter.
Do not buy cellphones from Edgars or Edgars online. In the event of a faulty unit, they will not provide ANY feedback whatsoever as to the progress or outcome of your return. And in addition, they take their own sweet time in resolving your issue. I had a phone delivered to me on 2 November 2023 which I returned to Edgars Cresta the very next day, 3 November 2023 as the unit was faulty. It is now nearly the END of November and Edgars has STILL NOT REFUNDED, REPLACED OR REPAIRED the phone. I obtained TWO contact numbers from.Edgars Cresta on returning the phone and in spite of numerous attempts, nobody answers both these numbers,nor do Edgars bother to phone me with regard to the outcome of my return. NOT ONCE have they answered my numerous calls. Yo re-iterate, DO NOT BUY CELLPHONES FROM.EDGARS ONLINE. Their customer service is NON EXISTENT.

Cell C should not have a customer care department. They should have a CUSTOMER DONT CARE DEPARTMENT. No matter how much you try to get Cell C to rectify your account, in spite of glaring errors on invoices, Cell C will REFUSE to pass any rectification adjustments. The monkeys at Cell C customer care strike again!!!!
