The worst service I have gotton from a provider. Commission is poor. I have payed my account every month month before the 15th today my wifi was just off after going to the store they told me I am in arrears I have payed what they said I owe plus another month. My wifi is still of on 2/05/2025 calling them now they telling me I have to wait until 01/06/2025 for them to switch it back on again. I mean really MTN you will be losing me us a customer as of tomorrow I will be closing my account with you.
It is the worst experience that we have with Telkom. As we received a invoice from them our next payment date is on the 30th of March or we can pay before or after the 2nd of April. Surprise surprise we received a email from a credit company that we have been handed over for not paying really there is still a week left of March are they really this hard up for money to hand over people before the payment date. Seriously think of going with another provider everyone in our family.
Very poor service when the power is our. After 18 years they are telling us that our account is wrong and we have the wrong pole number and can't find the address after we send them pin locations and directions and contact detail now after 24 hours they telling me we have to go to Akasia to fix everything to get our power back on. And this everything after 18 years. Needless to say a couple of years back when they wanted to cut the power there was no problem finding to pole.
The biggest Scam of 2022 now they had a so called accident after R30 000 of shipping was payed. Don't believe the engine do exist even
They are a scam of a moving company they ask an amount to be payed for the delivery after it is payed they confirm the delivery for the next day. Next day they asking for more money we payed it and they confirmed for delivery for the next now now we received a email once again from them that we have to pay more money we will not do any business with them and again and won't refer them to any one.
If I could there would be no stars. I have ordered 3D printers from them and received lint worth 0.89c have send numerous emails to requests feedback on where the printers is with nou reply one one of them.
We order a toolbox from them its been 2 months ago now the tracking says its been delivered but I have not received anything emails is not being answered any more really not happy
When a client calls for assistance and you feel like not working please tell them from te start that ther is going to be ALOT of issues. We did get the phones we wanted from Vodacom for the children at another provider now with NO issues at all. Thanx for once again poor service from Vodacom There wil be no need for a call from vodacom as it seems like there will always be some kind of issue.
Busy scanning items transactions cancelled for another customer to withdraw cash. Very arrogant cashier. At Pretoria North Shoprite it was not the first time this happened will not be buying there any more.
With promises and even after talking to the accout holder as requested we have still not resolved anything with vodacom the service is POOR and customer care rude with just droping the call. Its been 2 weeks no with one call from vodacom that have no positive results in any way.
