Stupid inconsiderate insurance!!
This stupid insurance is very inconvenient!!! My car has been sitting at the dealership for almost a week now , they waiting for this stupid inconvenient insurance to do payment Why the hell does it take a week for you guys to do payment ??? I need my car , i can’t go anywhere or do anything at the moment because of you !!! Im sooo ****ed right now i want to cancel this insurance!!!

Horrible service by the Emergency Service at the damn private hospital!!!!
Yhooooo worse private hospital ever by the emergency side!!!! i drove myself just now to the hospital because i am in soooo much pain and i need emergency help Iv been sitting here for almost an hour , no1 is attending me , no1 is asking if i need anything Im in damn private hospital and im paying alot of money for this **** service!!! A person could die sitting on the waiting area waiting for nurses who are sleeping This is pure nonsense!!!!

They Lack Integrity!!!
This Insurance is something else shame !! Whats on their policy is not exactly what they offer , they have no integrity whatsoever ! I recently put a claim under my Home content, on the policy is says i am covered for R3000 . To my surprise when the claim got approved , on the document they approved my claim for R1250 !!! Where is the rest of the money that is initially stated on the policy ? Because to my understanding, i was supposed to get R2300 because of the access fee amount you take , but i only got R1250 which doesn’t make sense. 1st for Women lacks integrity and its sooo inconvenient honestly!! Im very disappointed once again ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE TO ANYONE.

Unauthorised debit orders happening!!
Im writing this very frustrated!! Im sick and tired of this insurance debiting me unnecessarily. Its the 2nd time they doing this I have a cover under value added products for JUST tyres and rims which the premium is 82rands something however they always debit me 200rands under this cover which i don’t understand why !! When i asked them to amend , they cancel the cover without my consent!

I WANT TO CANCEL THIS STUPID INSURANCE THAT DEBITS PEOPLE A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT TWICE!!!
1st for women just like taking money from people!!! These people debited me twice for nothing! What is your problem???? I need my money back , how do u debit a person twice , so much money ??? On the phone you gave me an amount that you will debit every month but on the day of the debit Order u take ur own amount , I Want To Cancel This Stupid Insurance!!!!

Poor work done on my car !!
I took my car to Renew IT in 2020 for repairs , i was referred by my insurance. The repairs was for my bumper to be replaced as it was damaged, Renew IT told me that have replaced the bumper. I had issues with them since then as their work on my car was not done well , i went there several times complaining about their work . Later on , now in 2024 , my bumper is now lose , i never bumped anything, however my bumper is st***********. Can i please get my car fixed properly. I can’t be still experiencing issues years later if the work was done well on my car. I thought my bumper was replaced with a new one , only to find out it was just repaired, and not properly even .

I do not recommend this dealership!! Worst Experience iv ever had 😡😡
I do not recommend this dealership to anyone!!! These people just don’t care about their customers and on-top of that they are Rude . Especially the management!!!! They made my life a living hell by holding my car hostage and refusing with my vehicle because they demanded 2200 for doing evaluations on my vehicle. I do not recommend this dealership !!!!!!
