I purchased a talisman pro tip from q masters for R190. The tip had a defect which can only be seen after cutting. I took the tip back to them they refused to exchange it yet talisman gives a guarantee on their tip or they give you 3 tips. The manager at q masters refused to exchange the tip and said i must pay for another. I support them very often and since last year august i already spent over 20k at this store. I definately would not support them again.
On Sunday 4th July 2021 i had a booking for 16.30pm at the coastlands, umhlanga spa. We arrived at 16.20 for our massage and was only taken in at 16.50pm. The the****** then asked us to undress and lay on the bed and she will be back. We waited 30minutes and still nobody came. We reported this to reception and still no joy. Terrible customer service and very unethical.
On monday the 14 of january 2019 i contact ed khadija patel/malik to do a bridal make up trial. She said she will not book me if i do not make a payment of R4300 to her immediately. But did say that i am guaranteed a 100% if i am not happy for whatever reason. I did the payment trusting her word. She only wanted to do my trial a month before the wedding leaving me with no option but to use her. I am not on facebook or instagram so later on one of my bridesmaids sent me a picture of how terrible and horific her makeup actually is. I then searched khadija patel on google and many hellopeter articles came up about how pathetic she is and how she robs people by making them pay the full amount and then refuses to give back our hard earned money. She lies that she has a strict pa who complains to her fake accountant about everything and that her accountant will not allow a refund as aparently she is the biggest "freebee" in durban. She bad mouths her sister shiloh king but surprisingly she is the same. She talks about how much money she has and how she flies business class all the time and all that nonsense. She is a throw up and does not even give her physcial address to anyone so theres probably not even a trial to go for. After taking the money and it clearing in her account and when you confront her about the articles she says she does not have to defend herself and blocks you.Further more she over books and instead of doing make up she instead things shes building her house and makes people look like ghosts. Guys watch out for this lady shes pathetic. Dont trust her especially for your own wedding.
On the 20th december 2018 i made an appointment at dream nails gateway for 6pm for a full set of acrylic tips. I called in to move my appoint earlier and a lady by the name of samantha answered and said she could accomadate me at 1.30. I was 5 minutes late but did notify her and she said no problem. When i arrived mbali who was booked to do my nails was still busy so i waited. Samantha gives 2 walk in clients to the girl that was booked to do me and someone else. She then comes up to me with a smirk asking if i am going to do my feet also. At 2pm when i asked her how long i would have to wait she has an attitude and starts raising her voice at me stating that she isnt going to rush her nail techs for me and that she did me a favour by booking me. Firstly i had an appointment, secondly she id very rude and shows her babaric behaviour in the salon. She has no reason to disrespect me. Its not the first time iv had a problem with them and the dream nails gateway is definately employing staff that arent trained properly. Dream nails gateway definately does not care about customer satisfaction and have no ethics or pride in what they do. Most appauling experience ever.
On the 4th of december 2018 my grans hearing aids whe to heidi allan umhlanga for a service. They advised it will take a week. I call a week later they cannot give me any feedback nor do tasneem and belinda know whats going on and neither did they bother doing a follow up with the manufacturer. They said they will follow up and let me know, but didnt bother. I called again today the 12th, they still didnt bother doing a follow up and still dont know whats going on. This is a lot of unprofessional people and i seriously advise that no one uses them as after you purchase your hearing aids they do not care about after care service and also have no work ethics. Will never use them again.
On the 6th of april 2018 i checked in at premier hotel richardsbay. The room was horrific! The toilets were jammed, there was spider webs in the room and it was never cleaned or maybe not for a long time! I then complained and they moved me to 2 other rooms which was the same. The rooms smelt terrible and was sickening. I then went down and asked for a refund. Since i paid by card they said the refund was done to my card and will reflect immediately. It is now the 17th and still no money has been refunded back to me! I dont reccomend premier hotel richards bay because the rooms are terrible and neither will you receive your refund even though it was dissatisfaction from premiers side.
This company claims to offer assignment packs. They ask u to pay and 6 days later they still dont sent anything and neither do they answer their fones or respond to whatsapps or emails. People please be aware of this company basically they take your money and you never ever get anything in return.
2 weeks ago i went into a telkom store to apply for a laptop and it was approved. When the consultant kuli was trying to invoice it out it was not allowing her to and then she realised that the laptop had no deal code. She asked me to go home and by 3 she would call me to come fetch it but i received no correspondence from her. I then went into telkom last monday to query this and asked to speak to the manager who was not very concerned. He told me kuli is coming in later and she would sort it out and contact me but still no one bothered. I even sent 2 emails to ********** and to date i did not even receive any feedback from him. Its not the first time that i have been having an issue with telkom. The service gets worse as each day goes by. I definately am going to be putting an article in the daily news about telkom and their pathetic service so people know the staff dont care about customers and the service is pathetic.
I go to the food lovers market at the crescent in umhlanga very often and every single time i visit the bakery and on numerous visits i receive the most apalling attitude and service from the bakery staff as if they doing me a favour and i am not paying for my items. They either ignore you or speak very arrogantly. Furthermore the bakery should be set before the store even opens! All that was needed was for the donuts to be iced with fresh cream and yet still i was refused. I definately wont visit this store again.
On the 17th of january 2018 i applied for an iphone x via the mobile department. Everything was approved. A day later telkom deducted the premium from my bank account. When i called them on wednesday the 24th of january to find out whats going on they said everything went through successfully and they should now arrange a delivery date. The girl then told me that delivery was set for friday the 26th of january. When i called on the 26th of january they told me they know nothing about the delivery and they cannot see on the system as to when i will receive the device. The consultant has an attitude and im holding for over an hour for the manager by the name of lucelle and still she is not bothered about attending to the matter that was a dam fault of telkom due to the fact that they employ inefficient staff thay dont even care! For them its just about receiving their salary rather then customer satisfaction. Dont use telkom mobile because maybe they will take your money like mine and you wont ever receive what you are paying for. If i could rate the service 0 stars i would.
